booitsme7
SA batting first in the 2nd ODI and after 20 overs are 98-3.
peasy23
England needing roughly a run a ball to win with 5 wickets in hand . Alex Hales out for 99, the first batsman to do that in both an ODI and a T20 match. Ouch.
peasy23
England won by 5 wickets with 22 balls left at the end up. Joss Buttler saw them over the line hitting 48, and nonchalantly swatting 3 sixes to finish it.
booitsme7
Good to see England 2-0 up with 3 to play with the next ODI on Tuesday. Jos Buttler was bought for £385,000 by Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) which was more than Ex England batsman Kevin Pietersen who went for £350,000 by Rising Pune Supergiants. Shane LBW Watson went for the highest price.

peasy23
How long is too long when it comes to asking for a DRS review? Australia are a bit miffed after Mitchell Marsh was out c&b after review, but as you will see on the video there was no real interest from the Kiwis until the replay was shown and the crowd got vocal about it. http://www.cricket.com.au/news/mitch-marsh-dismissal-brendon-mccullum-australia-new-zealand-review-umpires-what-mitch-marsh-said/2016-02-08?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=nzvaus

Does it matter that New Zealand might not have reviewed it otherwise? Sounds like typical Australian moaning to me.

Sounds like typical Australian moaning to me. It's like what happened in the rugby world cup though, there was no interest in a review until the replay had been shown on the big screen. That then gives the screen operator control of parts of the game which is wrong imo. The rules state that the review request must be made within 15 seconds, that certainly didn't happen there.

It doesn't change the fact that he was out, and the right decision was ultimately made and the good guys won. Why didn't Marsh walk when he saw himself that he was out? I thought the Aussies hated it when batsmen didn't walk.
booitsme7
3rd ODI England finished on 318-8. Joe Root got his 7th ODI ton .
peasy23
Comfortable win for SA with De Kock and Amla scoring well over 200 before the first wicket fell. England have another chance to clinch a series win on Friday.
booitsme7
Batting masterclass from De Kock & Amla in SA 7 wicket win what was the highest successful ODI run chase at this ground beating West Indies 300-3 in 2004. Quinton de Kock got MOTM
Leicesterlichtie
de kock is some ODI player. Could be another Gilchrist in test cricket. Good innings by root. Edited February 10, 2016 by Leicesterlichtie

Bully Wee Villa
Hasn't played a T20 international in over a year. Also, Asian pitches probably lend themselves more to an extra spinner like Rashid. Shame there's no Bears in the England squad although we do have two Irish players.

One of the form teams over the last couple of seasons in T20, Warwickshire eh? Really like the look of Laurie Evans whenever I see him.
Bully Wee Villa
He's a classy twenty-20 player. Wouldn't mind seeing him get more of a go in the longer formats... our run rate let us down badly last season. Could do well with Bell as captain though.
