Sir Tarmo Kink
And Van Der Dussen could bat for days! Sadly this looks quite true. Hasn’t scored a run for 12 overs!

Sir Tarmo Kink
Pretorius goes, edges Stokes to Root. Nortje coming in ahead of Rabada.
die hard doonhamer
Stokes gets Pretorius to edge to Root at slip. He was all over him for a few overs. South Africa had turned down a single last ball of the previous over too.

FuzzyBear
If I am following this right there has been 1 scoring shot in the last 15 overs - that must be a record. -

Sri Lanka bowled 154 consecutive dot balls against Australia in 2016. That's 25.4 overs.
peasy23
Momentum shifted completely after de Kock played that loose shot, England were plodding at the time, but that was the shot in the arm they needed to get their tails up.

pandarilla
Stokes fancy not being a match winner for once?Right so who on here is due an apology over stokes?I can't remember who it was but someone says he had failed to live up to potential or something like that. His batting and bowling were both vital in this test match. Unbelievable knack for the big moments.

His batting and bowling were both vital in this test match. Unbelievable knack for the big moments. It was @dorlomin I think. I don’t think he needs to apologise, as I slightly agree with him. Perhaps not the ‘not lived up to his potential part’ but I think he could be more consistently better. The likes of Holder, Jadeja and the now banned Shakib manage to keep up stellar averages both bowling and batting at the same time, unlike Stokes due to his lack of consistency. But in terms of a moments player, I’m not sure there’s anybody better than Stokes. The Cristiano Ronaldo of cricket.
