Unleash The Nade
Anybody here tried Audaxes? Tbh, hadn't a fekin clue what that meant and had to Google it!. I don't really understand what its about ,as I cant really see the difference between this and Sportives ( none of which are races). Although Audaxes are meant to be long distance cycling challenges, there's many sportives, which cover greater distances!. Load of smoke & mirrors if you ask me
Silvio Tattiescone
Well Sportives cost a fortune, these cost about £7.50 - and they supply cake.

MariusZaliukas
Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm looking to get a turbo/cycle trainer for the winter months. Thing is, I don't have a clue about them like what would be the best for my MTB etc I wouldn't want to spend more than £150. If anyone has any recommendations or advice that would be appreciated.
mighty meadow
Done the 100k for the Glasgow 100 on Sunday. Good day plenty of climbing and the wind was torture at times. Going to do the figure of 8 loop of Arran next week I'm thinking of doing the 'round Arran' cycle again next week, weather depending. Gie's a wave if you see me

mighty meadow
Did you do the loop of the figure of 8 route Just done round the Island, about 57 miles in total. Fancy trying the figure of 8 sometime but will probably be next spring unless we get a calm autumn.

jamiet
had blast round the trails at pollock park today. definitely better after a bit if rain. starting to nail my technique on the jumps, landing on my back wheel as opposed to the whole bike slamming into the deck.

Can get perfectly decent shirts for cycling for single figures of pounds.

well fan for life
Not at 60 quid. Outrageous mark up once the word cycling gets used. Can get perfectly decent shirts for cycling for single figures of pounds. I like 3 pockets on the back, evenly sized. And a full length zip as well. Other than that, I'm pretty easy going with my tops.

Took a wrong turn and ended up doing 45 miles. Words cannot express the pain I am feeling just now
