There's nothing wrong with what Marmion did there, but he got the opportunity because the rest of his team ran round to Glasgow's side, which is fine because "they didn't change their bind". If a defensive player ends up between the ball carrier and the scrum half after the maul has started moving, there's not a chance his actions were accidental or legal.
