Vellacot kicked it to no one under no pressure 30m from the Irish line then gave away a pen on the counter attack from Irish and they scored from close in from the line out. He always make a judgement prior to the replay then sticks with it regardless of the footage. Poite erratic at the breakdown but poor decision making is killing Glasgow.
