Big Bri's 2nd "red" this season, though, and for the same thing both times.

ddfg
Without writing the Pro12 off for this season a home playoff place seems unlike, what would anyone think of a second XV for the Warriors on Saturday night to keep the big guns fresh for the next two weeks in Europe?
Northsea80
New deals for Swinson, Seymour and Horne. Also talk of a number of clubs in England and France looking to buy out the remaining year of Finn Russell's deal. It'll be interesting to see what team is selected later this afternoon, can't be too relaxed with regards to the league as a couple of defeats would see Glasgow slip out of the top six.

I hope not. Europe is extremely important but the league's the bread and butter.
John Lambies Doos
Munster just being handed this now. Racing will have no interest in there matches
flyingscot
Cardiff will see it as a scalp to beat us as are chasing us for 6th. Hogg almost certain to be benched or out completely given the amount of rugby he has played. Brian's ban means Gray will likely play. As for Europe and the league I think you need to look match-up to match-up and base it on that. 5 minutes ago, John Lambies Doos said: Munster just being handed this now. Munster and Leicester just rocking up to win against a second string will not suit the locals. Wales originally had 5 teams in the Celtic League, but dissolved Celtic Warriors (based in Bridgend/Pontypridd) after 1 season and Aironi were turned into Zebre after 2 seasons. Of course Scotland flitted to-n-fro with Border Reivers and Caledonian Reds. London Scottish are certainly an example. Finished safely in the Premiership, but went into admin, then were 'merged' into London Irish before reforming at the 9th tier or so in local rugby divisions.
flyingscot
And as I post that team is announced! Hogg out for Murchie, Swinson and Gray 2nd row. Full strength team really.

Also Sarto/Hughes would be ahead of Jones on the wing with everyone fit, could also be argued Grigg is in much better form than Bennett. Ashe/Strauss missing out too. Plenty of improvements available heading into the European games!

Nice to see Racing make a raft of changes ahead of Munster. I thought they might go for the home win, but they've chucked it it seems.
honestly united
Its still a fairly strong Racing team - not their best but still a pretty decent team. Again the Glasgow team is strong without being the best we could put out. I think its good enough to ensure we beat Cardiff while still resting a few ahead of next weeks game.
dogmc
Would rather Glasgow went hell for leather in Pro12. ....even if a home semi is unlikely Glasgow on their day could be a match for anyone even sway from home. As for Europe munster already have 3 bonus pts in bag and racing will not be at full strength. Even if Glasgow beat Leicester n munster the bonus points will probably do for them so the Pro12 is still best bet for silverware this season
