Dunning1874
Apparently Hamas have set ten conditions for a ten year truce. Surprisingly, given that they are anti-Semitic fucknuts, they are perfectly reasonable: http://mondoweiss.net/2014/07/report-israel-conditions.html No doubt Israel will reject them out of hand though, as international forces on the borders of the West Bank and Gaza will make it ever so slightly harder for them to send tanks and bulldozers in to evict Palestinians and construct new settlements.
parsforlife
Would the actions of Israel be tolerated, if I was any other nation? Yes, their are other select nations. Israel is just the only one who is happy to see how much of a tantrum they throw without being grounded.

So far as the international forces go I hope they mentioned "Anybody apart from the Dutch, please".

mammy
Surely the international superpower of Scotland will intervene and stop the illegal occupation of stolen land ? Is it in the white paper ? Will we send troops ? Will we support Jewish fundraising to kill on the basis of a made up old book ? Yeah Salmond you now have blood on your hands, how does it feel ?
Fotbawmad
Here's how I see things panning out over the next 5 years. The Palestinian Authorities are very weak, and will collapse in the near future. When that happens Israel will reoccupy Palestine. Because of this there will be no two state solution. Netanyahu is already on record saying there will be no Palestinian state. Israel will impose a harsh treaty, which Palestinian's will be coerced into accepting. Given they'll have no room for negotiation at this point. However, this will put Israel in an sticky situation, because they'll no longer be able to claim there is no Apartheid in Israel. This will destroy the left, because they it will be the end of the road when it comes to a two state solution. However, this will put Western nations in an impossible situation, because they can no longer spin Israel is defending itself from Palestinian aggression, or be able to ignore the blatant Apartheid situation. Even the Zionist lobbies in this country and America will come under heavy pressure, and be forced to greatly modify their stance on the situation. THE KING
Channel 4 showing a hospital that was bombed by Israel and a tower block being flattened because a Hamas member might have stayed there?! And a home where a guy was sheltering 70 of his neighbours. How anyone can defend Israels actions beyond belief.

I don't know if that's the same hospital but there was one bombed the day before the four kids were killed on the beach. The four kids that weren't caught in a crossfire either, they were deliberately targeted because they were "suspected militants". They bombed the hideout the kids were using in a game of hide and seek and then took them out as they tried to run away. Will the people who killed them be brought to justice? Will they f**k.

This from the mob that doesnt target civillians?
