    As welcome as Saturday's result was, if we are serious about climbing the table we really need to string a few results together sooner rather than later. Our 3 away league performances so far have been abysmal, with barely a shot on target in any of them. A big improvement will be needed here.

    McGlynn would have been desperate to win, or at least avoid defeat, yesterday because of the Rovers connection. He's only human if that comes across a bit in his interview.

    I've seen a couple of folk criticise Smith for not taking that ball to the corner but I think the pass was definitely on. It was just horrendously executed. And half decent pass would've seen Jamieson clean through on goal.

    Good point about the cladding. I expect the sizeable ex Rovers contingent will have their heads scrambled by all the changes at the ground and that could hand us a crucial edge.
