Entirely fair assessment. We have a cracking squad now and minimal excuses. Mehmet and Todd were both good against us last time, the former keeping them in the game twice, so good news they’re both out. When was the last time we won at EPP? Tuesday afternoon and they’re still raging.

O’Riordan, but aye he was good. Maybe not that good but definitely one of the better ones we’ve had.

I’ve said this loads before, but his goal v Ayr to rescue a 2-2 draw in 2012 is in the top 5 most daft I’ve ever gone at a Rovers goal. Ridiculous, when you really think about it.

Having had time to think about it, changing the ‘after a win’ music is probably the right move now. Rockin’ All Over The World is nostalgic but the song is now more than 45 years old and very much of its time. Most folk under the age of 35 probably have no idea what the song even is. We are trying to attract younger fans and I suppose this is another step on that journey. Whilst Freed From Desire itself is now over 25 years old, it’s obviously had that recent football resurgence and is huge on Hampden nights, plus folk seemed to enjoy it at the whistle on Saturday. Happy for it to stay.

Even sillier when Shaun Byrne smashed him into a thousands pieces in the centre circle moments after we scored the winner. Nightmare for him.
