    Club are braver than me if they reject anything above £250k. I’d rather we missed out on £50k than lost him for nothing on a PCA.

    I’m pretty sure in France the decision was quashed because the organising body just took a decision without consultation. Would seem to me very different than months of talks and several votes between equal members.

    Forfar lost the Scottish Cup Final 3-1 to Celtic. They'd beaten Hamilton in the semis and Cowden in the QF. DId Pump Hearts 4-1 in the last 16 though.

    Wut? A court can’t force the SPFL to let Hearts play in the top flight. Awwww, your side can spend all the money in the world and you’ll still be toiling for points against Arbroath and raith rovers. Bless.

    It doesn’t matter tbh. It’s an empty gesture to appease their gormless fans and it’s so transparent even Sevco would blush.

    All the Hearts fans thought those in charge were utter cretins a few months ago and now they’re trying to claim they are legal eagles about to swoop their way to glory. Spoiler; there will be an “out of court settlement” which you’ll claim is big bucks but is actually almost nothing but will be kept quiet to save face and put all of this in the past, while Hearts get pumped off Alloa in front of literally no one.

    I mean Hearts openly tried to bribe the SPFL into keeping them in the top flight and that didn’t work so I guess anything is worth a shot.
