So what right does every other club in SFL1, with the current exception of Dundee due to the 'Club 12' debacle as that is a different debate entirely, have over Dunfermline to now be in the division above them? They finished below us in the overall standings and were nowhere near a promotion place in SFL1, the only team that effectively won promotion from that division was Ross County.

I'm quite happy to disregard EdinburghLivi's opinion (I usually do) as Husbands is only 21 years old and is clearly nowhere near his full potential as a footballer. How old was he when he appeared for Livi back when they were in the third division? -
Everyone else was able to grasp the simple concept on 'No' from our boards statement. However STV have used selective quoting and focussed on the Dunfermline and Dundee 'Club 12' scenario, completely ignoring the vital part of our boards statement where we state our position as a definite 'No'. STV Link 'Dunfermline Board statement: "Matters are currently being progressed in an illogical manner, as the SPL should have met and voted on the Rangers situation definitively. Thereafter, if there is to be change a joint presentation should be made by all the Scottish Football governing bodies together and not on an ad hoc basis as at present."Despite asking for some direction or clarification, we have had no communication whatsoever from the SPL as to the rationale, rule reference or justification as to why Dundee FC is being proposed to take the place of "Club 12" rather than DAFC. We are requesting in writing a definitive response from the SPL by the 5th July to allow both ourselves and Dundee FC to plan for next season." Likely vote: Unclear' Nice one STV, that is misinformation that Traynor would be proud of. On the subject of our boards statement I have only linked it earlier without providing comment. I don't feel I need to comment, this emoticon sums it up perfectly:

It's already being 'abused' by Dundee fans. -

We pay our taxes and don't owe our debt to the bank. Quite legit to me. -

Can anyone explain the adoration of Barrowman? He has failed at the majority of clubs he has represented. If Jeffries can replace him with Kevin Kyle and keep Kyle fit then the man is a genius. -

The Courier has a bit about Boyle and Barrowman. I knew about Boyle before they published the story though however I wasn't told about Barrowman. -

Boyle has been told to find a new club. -

My source has delivered well so far. We are searching for a completely new back four by the sounds of it, obviously McMillan is still there. The young (decent) defenders from the U21's are being promoted for back-up. With Barrowman told he can go as well then Jeffires will be searching for that target man style striker, if we can get Kevin Kyle fully fit then he will be lethal in this league with the likes of Whittle and Cardle providing the service to proven goalscorers like Kyle, Kirk and Wallace. if Buchanan signs on then that is a potent strikeforce for this level.
