  1. According to Wikipedia he took a "sabbatical" from showbiz and got a job as a mortgage adviser but jacked it in under mysterious circumstances after a couple of years so yeah, it looks like he did an Alan Partridge.
  2. I've always detested Nick Hancock. Thankfully you never see the c**t these days. It seems the entire world has realised what a useless p***k he truly is.
  3. I've only seen the first one and it is utter pish. I just can't take Vin Diesel seriously. He's about as threatening as a wet noodle.
  4. Damo Suzuki is playing Dundee soon...
  5. Yeah, I'll agree with that. It was kinda dull but the lead actress held my attention. The scene on the train with the text messages just fucking dragged.
  6. Police Story Jackie Chan at his pus punching best. This has to be the greatest martial arts film of all time. It has everything from spectacular stunts to slapstick humour. 10/10
  7. Yeah, the 90s were a strange time for shirt design. I always thought this Falkirk shirt was pretty cool though...
  8. Yeah, I just saw that. It was visually stunning, the setting looked really good and Scarlett Johansson is always very watchable but the storyline was instantly forgettable. I'd give it 5/10
  9. I'm gonna dance dance dance to the radio with these bad boys on my feet...
  10. A classic. One of my favourites. Some cool scenes and a cool soundtrack...
  11. Belgica Subtitled Belgian movie about two brothers who open a nightclub in Ghent. A decent soundtrack a plenty of sex 'n' drugs but the actual plot was pretty lacklustre. 5/10
  12. Elle French language flick about a successful business woman who is raped by a masked assailant but can't go to the polis because of a dark skeleton in her closet. An interesting enough character study but tried a bit too hard to be controversial. Held my attention until the end though... 6/10
  13. Taxi Driver I've seen it about a dozen times but it never fails to please. I love that sleazy 70s New York stuff. 8/10
  14. I've read most of his books. Atomised is my favourite closely followed by Platform and Whatever. All entertains reads although his angry, sexualy frustrated middle aged man shtick is starting to feel a bit too close to the bone for comfort.
  15. Commando is great. You gotta loves films where a former soldier or secret agent is living a peaceful life out in the countryside then is coaxed out of retirement and has to partake in some serious asskicking. Rambo 3, Invasion USA, Firefox etc. There's plenty of others. It has to be the most common movie cliche of them all.
  16. Heavy Metal Early 80s sci-fi/fantasy animated movie. Interesting enough though badly dated. 5/10
  17. The Ultimate Warrior Cheesy 70s flick starring Yul Brunner as a post apocalyptic hard c**t. Pretty corny but entertaining enough. 6/10
