I used to love Moviedrome on a Sunday night with Alex Cox presenting cult classic films. Somehow simply downloading films at your leisure isn't the same as staying up late to watch them when you have school the next day.

There's a TV cut of the Warriors that has quite a few extra scenes that aren't in the theatrical cut. It gives more of a backstory and introduces the characters. I've read the novel but TBH it's not as good as the film. The Wanderers book is far better than the film though. One of my favourite books ever.

Rollerball was a byword for violence when I was at school. We tried to play it once, but without skates or motorbikes. Basically somebody just held a ball and ran around while everybody else just kicked f**k out of each other. Good healthy fun... I enjoyed the film at the time but watched it a couple of years ago and it has dated badly.
