What if the lower placed SoS teams don't want to go into a WoS Division at all? Would you force them to? They are geographically confined and constrained. Why should they move? In any case there's a degree of (perhaps unwarranted) entitlement to this discussion. What if the SoS champions actually manage to win the present round robin play-offs to the LL? Granted it's unlikely to happen this season (and maybe in the near future) but if it did it would put a lot of egg on a lot of faces.
