  1. My old team folded at the end of last season, I left a few seasons ago but a few of my mates still play for them, so we organised an old crocks v current side for one last game with the guys, get a few beers etc. Anyway, its been organised for 2 months, I booked the park and a ref for the game at a combined cost of £140. It's tonight and from 2 squads of 16 we're now down to about 24 guys, 4 call offs in in the last 3 hours. I don't understand why folk say they'll take part then call off at the last minute, pretty infuritating.
  2. A Walk To Remember, I didn't even see it coming
  3. When I done that, when I select a team in the corresponding drop down box, it still allows me to select that team in future weeks, which doesn't happen on the first 3 rows, so I need to somehow replicate those from row 5 onwards. Frustrating.
  4. The first 3 rows work, and I've copied the info for the cells over correctly, but when I copy the multiple choice cells down, it seems to replicate the cells for the above row and not the new one. Last Man Standing.xls
  5. Anyone good with excel on here? I've got a last man standing excel spreadsheet that I downloaded, but only 3 of the rows work, when I need 12 and when I copy and paste the formulas down, it doesn't work the same. any ideas?!
  6. See if they really want to walk and celebrate, can they not just hire Glasgow Green or a big open space? I'm genuinely not trying to antagonise but I don't really see the point in bringing streets to a standstill. If they want to celebrate something that happened over 300 years ago in a different country, then wire in, but don't inconvenience people who don't want to take part. Unless that's part of the fun......?
  7. 13 years on and the fear of looking at an exam paper and knowing I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be doing comes flooding back.
  8. Boiler is fucked again, 3rd time in 2 months, its baltic in here.

I've got a single player career mode, was on loan to Bradford, went back to Celtic, won the league, then got transferred to Spurs. I didn't play a single game, then I requested a loan, QPR signed me, but again, didn't get a game. I've now signed for Schalke and its happening again. Is there any way of changing this? Or is it just a bug ?
  10. Maybe Russell Martin could play full-back with someone else i.e Greer partnering Hanley.
  11. Some bint is complaining that someone wrote a note and put it under the wiper blade on her car not once, but twice because she parked over 2 spaces in a car park. Instead of berating her, her sycophant friends are hitting out with gems like "you should contact the police and have the person charged with touching private property". Or, just don't park like a fanny.
  12. Has anyone noticed a lot of trees getting cut down around the country lately? I've been doing quite a lot of driving for work and noticed it quite a lot up north and along the A83. They've chopped up a fair whack at the Raith Interchange as well, anyone have any insight ?!
  13. A guy in our office calls any minor problem "a bag of spanners".
  14. Listened to JR's one yesterday, and it's a good start. Interesting to hear things from a booker's point of view. Hopefully he gets Austin back on for some more in-depth stuff.
  15. Anyone criticising the emergency services for their actions at the Clutha need their head checked tbf. Grieving or not, they were first class and if they could have done anything quicker, they would have.
  16. Yeah Gordon Smart just confirmed the rotors weren't spinning. On a side note, the woman interviewing him is a fud.
  17. Surely if the rotors were still spinning there would be some serious casualties??
  18. That was fantastic, really good read. Only thing was I totally missed where they found Egbert, probably read over it without taking it in.
  19. My mate used to get called Alaska, cos he'd always have to ask his bird's permission to come out.
  20. No, one was trained to find blood, the other was trained to find cadaverine, which they both did, in several cases in matching locations.
  21. Really? Pretty sure they would have trained and tested them before throwing them into a police investigation.
  22. Why hasn't anyone picked up on the two sniffer dogs though? They independently located cadaverine (chemical emitted by a dead body) and the scent of blood within the apartment and their hire car, but it was seemingly swept under the carpet as "fallible evidence".
