  1. I like that the vehicle was "similar to a Peugeot". Hmmmm...
  2. A man who looks suspiciously like a paedophile holding a gun?
  3. Aborted (verb) - To terminate before completion. Doesn't need to be before birth... HTH
  4. House at the End of the Street (2012) Very disappointing plot, but extremely well acted. 5/10
  5. Dog Day Afternoon Al Pacino and Chris Sarandon are the star turns in this bank robbery classic. Great film in which almost the entire story takes place within and at the front door of the bank. 9/10
  6. I'd say 8/10 as well, definitely well worth seeing.
  7. He didn't direct it, he was the producer. Great film.
  8. It's a fair point, I did think that myself at the time. We had humans and robots, and that was it!
  9. Total Recall (2012) Saw this at the IMAX in Renfrew, first time I've seen a film in that format. £25 for an adult and a student, that ridiculous for a bigger screen. M Night Shyamalan eat your heart out, seventy thousand blatantly fucking obvious "twists". Colin Farrell made this film, take him out and it wouldn't pass. The original, although badly dated, is a vastly superior wee film. 6/10
  10. That's weird, when I posted that yours had a totally different image on it! It was red and didn't have the time on it. Someone is playing with my mind! EDIT: It was different, the picture on Wikipedia was changed at 5PM by a Canadian!
  11. Bridesmaids (2011) It's not often that someone truly stands out in a film. All the way through I was gutting myself at everything Megan said, a brilliant performance. When I went to add my score on IMDb, I see that she was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Oscar. Totally deserved. Fun wee film. 7/10
  12. New poster for it, and a further reminder.
  13. They'll be getting paid to support their families, which they wouldn't if they were at home where there are no jobs and many of them would be on the dole.
  14. The Possession (2012) - 7/10 Check our website if you want a review... it's not up yet though! http://www.tvandfilmreview.com/
  15. Braveheart was a great film, the 5 Oscars show that those who know what they're talking about agree with me. Brave has its money back in the States alone despite only being aimed at a very small market, and you seem to have only seen a couple of Pixar films... but if you've seen the 40+ Pixar films then I'll bow to your great knowledge. I've seen 12 of them and it's certainly in the top half of those. EDIT: If you can't see the relevance given the XBL post that I was replying to, then you're clearly a moron. I'll just put you on ignore as you clearly aren't worthy of further acknowledgement.
  16. Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) Loved this, special effects were amazing. John Lithgow should get a lot of credit as he put in a great performance in the short time he had on screen. Serkis and Franco were brilliant as well, and Freida Pinto has got even hotter since Slumdog! 8/10 Can't wait for Dawn in 2014.
  17. Episode 3 of the Walking Dead done. Still a great game, What score are you on?
  18. The third one will be released on XBL tomorrow.
  19. You could find out, and report back with your findings?
  20. Good description. I gave it a generous 2/10, utter borefest. This was just a clichéd spoof. I've never laughed so much at a mainstream horror failure since Saw 3D.
