Not sure about that, why would you want to go into the play offs having such a bad run of results, I doubt they can just turn it on and off when they want to, you have to be playing at a certain level to build up momentum, that's what gets you winning runs. Still not quite given up on us getting 8th place though, i'll wait and see what this Sat produces before resigning myself to us being in the play offs.

Looking at Peterhead's last 6 games their results aren't too clever, they're on a bit of a slump. If Livi get their shit together we'd be strong favourites to stay up, that's a big if though. Hopkin needs to set the team out to win games and stop being so cautious.​

Rankine has supposedly gone, and Ford taken over as the figure head, he cam out with some stuff about putting down 4G pitch which looks like not happening if they're advertising for a PT groundskeeper for next season, a company was being set up to take over that side of things with new investors, that was two years ago but nothing is any further forward. The council knocked back their plans as there wasn't enough information showing it would work, that's about all we've heard about it. They're about as vague as you on what their plans are, which doesn't inspire confidence in them as being any different from what we've seen from previous owners.

Imo this would've been better played during our next pre season, could've featured it in during an open day down at the stadium and done it properly to get folk down at a time we were trying to get season tickets sold etc. Amateur hour putting it on this weekend, just looks like the folk running things down there are playing at it without a clue, even more so than the ones previously fucking everything up at Livi fc.

At least we've not an embargo to worry about this season, we should still have all our players here for the play offs.

Only 5 or 6 players really qualify, none of the rest have been here a full season, or have been injured/just not featured in enough games. Buchanan- Works like a Trojan off the ball closing players down as well as scoring goals. White- His hold up play has really improved and with the right service he gets goals as he's always in good positions, works hard too. Pittman- Bit of a fly under the radar player, has to do the dirty work in midfield as well as getting in the thick of the action, has had some good games but prob needs to do more. Gordon- Your no nonsense keeps it simple player, has come to our rescue a few times with goal line clearances, isn't fancy but solid enough. Longridge- He'd be my choice for YPoTY, has improved a lot since coming in at the start of the season and imo has filled Talbot's boots.. And perhaps McCallum- Came in and replaced DJ, has weaknesses but has steadied us a bit when Cole isn't putting him in dodgy situations, penalty hero yesterday too so deserves a mention. White edges it for me as PoTY.. Longridge for YPoTY.

The Hype surrounding Knox is incredible, he's hardly had a game for us and in the odd 5-10 mins he's been on I haven't seen anything to suggest he's a wonderkid. Some of the stuff I've read bigging him up just makes me laugh, it's that ridiculous. The hottest prospect in Scottish football, fecking hell, where are they getting this? Whether he's talented or not I have no idea, I haven't seen him doing anything and he's hardly had the chance to show us, imo he's still too young to be in the first team, isn't developed enough and as has been said, he's not got anywhere to play at Livi with us having no Development team or U 19's.
