It usually works Pete, it's the trains, the tracks, the signals and the burn that floods at Bowling which are the problem.
Rarely works for me.

The ScotRail on board WiFi is working! Surely one of the signs of the coming apocalypse

Leaving soon to get the train through and have butterflies in my stomach.

The hotel WiFi shat the bed between 12 and 29 minutes so I missed both our goals, but it worked fine from then on so was able to see the half time replays and the rest of the game. Attendance in the away end was pathetic. I thought at the time Crighton's goal was onside, but because the camera man refused to wipe his lens, it was like watching the game through cling film. Shame we conceded but we looked to tire and become scrappy second half. Set up well for Friday and I think we will do it.

Dumbarton fans on here seem like a decent bunch. When you've had to put up with Scotland's worst fanbase outwith the OF for a season (Falkirk), it's a refreshing change.
Dumbarton fans* are all arseholes.

Chuffed with that result. Was murder trying to follow from abroad as the family evening plans schedule and the game had significant overlap. Confident we'll do the business on Saturday and I'll be back for the second leg of the final to see us promoted.

I had a mini panic attack due to the backs to the wall nature of the game in the second half and spent most of the second 45 with my back to the game having it described to me. Like that bit in A Shot At Glory.

Orsi having a stormer. Gray having a stinker. Hogarth and Kelly mince. Lennon playing well. Ruth playing well. Carlo both good and bad at once, great crossing and overlapping with Orsi, but poor defensively and keeps trying to overplay and hold the ball too long.

Hogarth is rotten

The lesser spotted Marc Kelly getting a start today

If you were a Buckie Thistle fan you'd be livid with the club.
As a neutral who supports a L2 team, I'm livid with Buckie for making it easier for EK to get into the league.

Sorry but that’s absolute shite, even if nobody drops short, when a ball goes out of play to the right twice in a row, you would expect the 3rd effort to maybe be aimed slightly to the left to avoid the touch line. That’s just common sense and nothing more.
You don't understand, mate. The players are perfect, we just need to clap more.

Clyde looked very much a bottom (or thereabouts) of the table team. Even with the wind advantage first half we still looked far better than them when we got it down and charged at them.
Hogarth is a poor replacement for Long. Not many at this level would be a straight swap for him, but Hogarth isn't far above the level of the understudy that he replaced.
Incidentally, I couldn't hear a word of the Brett Long q&a. What did he say?

Every time we broke on the deck during the first half we looked dangerous. If Clyde couldn't score despite Hogarth trying desperately to make them do so in the first half then hopefully we come out guns blazing second half

It's absolutely lashing down in the Vale, but we always get the weather a bit worse here due to the valley.

The front door to the club, there certainly is someone manning it and they've told me on numerous occasions we can't get out, as recent as the last home game.
Who? Tell them to f**k off.

You must get special dispensation as the club builder. Genuinely refuse me every time I've asked
Ask who? There's no-one man's that door. I've never once been challenged on it. Are you trying to go out the turnstile or fire exit or something?

Nope. We tried to negotiate to let the Swiss out for a smoke at the last home game and it was a hard no. What is particularly silly about it is that if you're in hospitality you can stand at the front door and smoke until your heart attack arrives but those plebs in the fan bar can f**k off if they want the same privilege.
I go out to smoke and come back in, fairly regularly. Along with a Peterhead fan mate of mine whenever they're in town.
You just walk out the door beside the club shop into the main stadium entrance, stand outside and smoke and then back in again. That's always been the case for the circa 20 years I've been going.

As away attendances have been pretty healthy in recent weeks I have to wonder how many we will bring to the rock with the potential of winning the league.
The full 300 home support I'd expect.

Just got home from the game. No voice left. Knackered. No words. Pouring a dram to toast the Sons of the Rock.
