  1. Can't. Still need to wait for one of you lot to tell @Jan Vojáček whether he's good or not.
  2. We shan't be accepting Mark Lamarr's at this time.
  3. So which Mark Lamont's father is it that you know? The St Mirren one? the Thistle one? Another?
  4. Two Mark Lamont's, there's only 2...!
  5. If it's the St Mirren one, I saw him play for the Sons loads of times. He was alright. If it's another one, then why does he have the same name? Maybe one of you so called geniuses can tell me that, eh? EH?!
  6. Did he not already play for Sons on loan from St Mirren early in his career?
  7. Well he doesn't "always" turn up in big games, does he? Given that he played behind the striker in our recent big games and didn't turn up when we needed him to, though neither did his team mates. He's one of those players who has grown in reputation amongst the support as being some sort of secret weapon who just needs games, but he's had a decade and numerous managers and never really been able to show that his reputation is justified. He's probably a Championship player in all honesty.
  8. We loaned him out twice to Championship clubs. He seems to have been a "prospect" for the past 9 years without ever really fulfilling his early promise that he showed as a 16 year old. He's 25 now and a succession of Kilmarnock managers have used him as a bit part player, plus he's been loaned out to lower league clubs multiple times and had several injuries. Can't see him doing much in the Premiership to be honest, he's been trying to for nearly a decade without ever really managing to consistently get in the team or consistently impact matches.
  9. Feel quite positive about that signing, albeit I haven't seen him play for a couple of seasons.
  10. His Wiki has already been updated to say he's a Sons player
  11. If he's wrapped the chugging he can be a cracking player.
  12. Didn't work out for the Killie recently either. Don't toy with my emotions.
  13. I never got the fuss about Quitongo. He looked like he wasn't running as fast as he could, wasn't great defensively and had a frustrating tendency to charge forward with the ball, panic and look lost in advanced areas and then lose possession. Boyle for me.
  14. We could sign Geggan when he's 49 and I'd still be delighted. Same applies to anyone from the 2009 squad.
  15. Thanks. If Bell and Durnan are signing along with Boyle and Geggan then there will need to be a few more Duthie types in the squad to give pace and legs to an older squad. Durnan was utter dung for Falkirk when I saw them and I've seen loads of negative comments about him this season from Falkirk fans on here, but I'll reserve judgement until (if he signs) seeing him play. He was very good for Queens some time ago.
  16. Steven Bell has been a cracking lower league player for years, although he's 36 now... Faz having a Stranraer reunion. Was Bell part of the Ayr title winning team with Geggan and Boyle?
  17. Lewis Vaughn, Del Carcary and Ben Wilson.
  18. Aw man, buzzing! One of my all time favourite Dumbarton players.
  19. You wish you'd be anywhere near my arse.
  20. Like the difference between me and @The Moonster. He's a natural follower, I'm a natural leader. He's a sheep, I'm a shark. It's not his fault, it's just biology.
