  1. You said £10 was too much to charge. Which is a ridiculous statement. A good haircut can make a big difference to a man’s appearance which is a small aspect that can improve their fortunes romantically. That some doughball buzzes his hair because he ‘doesn’t care’ is irrelevant. You’ve also said Holly Willoughby isn’t an attractive woman so I can only assume you’ve got a line of supermodels outside your door waiting on the stallion Dumfries train driver who ‘doesn’t care’ about his hair. How masculine you must be to not care about appearance. What annoys me is you talking absolute nonsense and expecting not to get pulled up on it. You’re the one who replied to me in the first instance as well.
  2. Sure if you want a shite 1 all over buzz then that’ll do the trick, which only some people can pull off (also fair enough if you’re balding severely). If you want anything half decent then you’d be much better paying an expert to do it. How much do you think a haircut should cost btw, if a tenner is considered too much? Are barbers not allowed to earn a liveable wage?
  3. I’m willing to bet a considerable amount of money that my barber is better at cutting hair than 19QOS19 the simpleton train driver.
  4. Honestly would highly recommend going to a good barber. Unless you’re just giving yourself something simple like a 1 all over (and even then a barber can make it look much better) then your general appearance can be improved considerably by a good haircut. If you’re Dundee based there’s a few pretty decent ones in the area.
  5. Are you bald or do you cut your own hair? Would recommend going to a barber tbh.
  6. Taxi drivers get f**k all from me. Bunch of wanks. Barbers and waiting staff, as well as delivery drivers if I happen to have change lying round.
  7. Slightly too far. They would, however, support a return to the Scottish leagues if the lad shows adequate contrition for his vile crimes upon serving his sentence.
  8. A total waste of time posting then, really. A manager who spent four months in Scotland two decades ago. A more recent and relevant example of a player would be Adam Johnson, who hasn’t found a professional club since his release. I know he is viewed incredibly favourably by the community after serving his time and being rehabilitated.
  9. Genuinely have no idea what point you were trying to make originally.
  10. Which convicted rapists have gone on to have careers in Scottish football?
  11. ok mate No one’s forcing you to read the thread btw. You can simply not engage if you don’t feel like it.
  12. Do you seriously think that if Goodwillie was criminally convicted of rape, went to jail for however many years & said he was sorry for his actions that he’d be welcomed back into Scottish football clubs? That he’d be treated much better than he’s currently being treated? A wee pat on the head, ‘don’t worry about the raping David, you’re rehabilitated’.
  13. Yes, and the main reason cited is that he’s never been criminally convicted . Your argument is totally redundant, that’s the point. There’s no point going round in circles over something we fundamentally agree on.
  14. Nah don’t agree with that at all. A convicted, yet remorseful rapist would not garner any greater public support to get back into football - certainly not to an ‘enormous’ extent. IMO the only reason clubs have continued to even sign him is that he doesn’t have a conviction for it and denies culpability. I don’t think many members of the public will be giving him ‘the benefit of the doubt’ regardless.
  15. No, I wouldn’t be comfortable for any rapist turning out for St Johnstone. Similarly I wouldn’t want to cheer on a remorseful paedo. These crimes are different, those convicted of them are treated differently (e.g. in prison).
  16. The argument that people would be accepting of David Goodwillie playing for their club had he shown remorse and undergone rehabilitation is very fucking weird. There’s absolutely zero chance I’d be going along to McDiarmid to cheer on a rapist if we signed him. We don’t want a rapist playing for our clubs, it’s absolutely fine to just say this. There’s no need to go ‘oh well you know if he’d served his time and shown how sorry he was for raping then I’d love to watch him score a goal’. Bizarre.
  17. I could understand it though if we’d lost to a fellow Premiership side in a competitive game, but Stenny are League 2 ffs. Jeanie would give them a good game, legitimately. We’re meant to be a full time professional team, it’s horrendous losing to them.
