    I'm not really sure it does. McInnes (or Aberdeen) has just signed Luc Bollan - son of Gary - from Dundee United recently and he's meant to absolutely shite and has been told he's only being signed to fill the development squads. 
    There seems to be more of it happening, clubs just filling spaces rather than searching out genuine quality. 
    Some of this is true. We have had 1 team scrapped all together. A few of the players have signed for United , I know 2 of the lads have chucked football all together ( attitude for one them was awful and he was one of the better lads ).
    My young lad has signed for Dundee United and he is only 7. He is training with the under 9s and training has been upped to almost double since he left fairmuir ( was not even their half a year ) but point is yeah a good few boys have been brought in for them and in my opinion some of them who are older than them dont seem all that great.
    Willo flood young lad signed on aswell ( played for United social ) and he is a cracking player.

    Harry on here was telling us our 12s are something else.

    Squads seem to be getting bigger but how good they actual are I guess depends on the player themselves.

    Honestly mate, paid a few quid for this place and the food at Butlins is better. Hotel itself is nice enough but it is more geared towards the home market. Last week it was full of 16/17 year old Spanish schoolgirls, this week it is full of 12/13 year old Spanish schoolboys. 
    Live and learn though, should have done my homework better. Could be worse though, along the road is the full cockney sparrow, luvly jubbly, Del Boy, come and have a full English like you have been away from Blighty for years type of place.
    Full of locals..... I'm going there on Thursday for a week:-).
    Salou I've been to before and it's what you expect and by aound of it its away to get hotter for my arrival.

    Can you name the bad games Tierney has had that makes you question his consistency?    

    His consistency is one of his best qualities.   
    I agree he has been consistent over the years against the likes of Motherwell and hamiltom and Dundee etc.
    He has did alright at international level. Unsure where he fits in at international level with Robertson at left back. Right back has been spoken about but it's a no for me.
    Robertson did it right. Went to Hull and found his way to one of the best teams in Europe.
    Tierney may become better than Robertson but if he wants to become better in my opinion he needs to leave and go to the EPL.
    Nothing wrong with staying at Celtic either however if he does he can become a good Celtic player but that will be it.

    I don’t know enough about these things but should we not learn our lesson re fucked players?

    Last I heard he was going to Cove.
    I'm in agreement. Happily be wrong but can we not look at signings that dont or havnt had major injury issues. I still worry for our central defenders. On paper seems alright but then again last season they were nowhere to be seen.
    Hopefully the treatment table wont be busy this coming season .

    Beer festival was good. Also good having good weather
