Maybe they are doing a countdown to the first league game as well
I, too, have purged last week from my memory.

This thread is ripe for that guy to show up with a list of jobbers from the juniors who might be able to do a job at this level.

Ashford is definitely talented enough to play at this level if he's not being shoehorned in to a team to cover gaps. I don't know what the stats say, but to me he seems a competent ball carrier, energetic and progressive. Gets the team upfield. Needs creative players around him to produce and finish chances.

Why don't they play like that in the league?

How would I go about setting that up, absolutely brilliant idea @Iain
Someone on here is bound to know who the best person at the club to contact will be.

Feel for the fella
I hadn't long had my tumours removed when I was 8, when he scored the semi final penalty. It will always mean a lot to me, Just my papas face when the final whistle went. Tears of joy.
Wish Eddie all the best.
That's awful to read. Wonder whether the club would consider some kind of fundraising event to support a guy who delivered one of the team's most iconic moments.

Ooh, was it that american water park from the 80's?
More recent, early 2010s in Kansas, a politician's son.

I'm trying to psych myself up to it.
I watched a documentary about a kid getting decapitated by a waterslide instead because I thought it would be less traumatic.

Last season we didn't lose a league game by two goals till Christmas. Good to get that one out of the way early this time around.

A team with a much larger budget , crowds and expectations levels. They should have walked the league instead of scraping out of it
Still met the remit

To say you weren't prepared is just sour grapes nonsense.
You're confusing unprepared as in not having had enough time with unprepared as in not having used the time wisely.

Would have been rather harsh considering a second place finish. Good to see someone asking questions of Mathie though who seems to get a free pass much of the time
It would have been harsh, but worth considering the team that finished first actually did sack their manager.

Corrie Ndaba looked decent for Kilmarnock today. We should sign someone like that.

Aye, he rocked up what, Wednesday or Thursday?
Be lucky if he's learnt everyone's names
Must've used the part of his brain where he was remembering how to play football for names and Scottish words.

I enjoyed the fact that despite chat all week about the defensive areas where Morton might struggle, Bullen failed to identify any way to even try and take advantage of that.

Straightforward win for The Famous.
Ayr fans must be concerned. A poor group of players, outside Murphy who will surely trouble teams at this level. Not us though, as we're a better team.
Would imagine every team in the division are better than Ayr right now

I would like to think they would know that a defence containing at least two players who are woeful on the ball can’t play a possession style game when put under any kind of pressure.
Our starting team today contained four players who we know aren’t good enough to be starters based on last season; so it isn’t exactly surprising to open with a woeful result.
Not surprising, but not acceptable.
Whose week is it with the bedsheets and the paint?

How did you all enjoy Olly lying down for 30 seconds when there was f**k all wrong with him, leaving a gaping chasm where he should have been in midfield to allow the equaliser?
You're right, we should've been unhappy when he scored in case that happened.

League Cup was a false dawn it seems. Relegation back on the cards.

Bullen seems like the sort of guy who would respond to criticism by asking the critic what level they played or coached at.
