  1. It further highlights how obsequious the UK press in general is - obvious Tory bs like Bojo's brush with death and Barnard Castle lapped up and regurgitated with obedient servile glee.
  2. A quick look at Twitter would suggest that folk who don't want Scotland to run Scotland are utterly unbothered by the revelation that Boris is the fucking bawsack the rest of us knew he was
  3. Yep - a minority Party - no guaranteed FMQ or proper Party Political Broadcasts.
  4. IMO that's kinda when Remembrance changed in the UK as a whole - the general public were largely opposed to the Iraq war but supported the troops. Unfortunately it didn't take long for that sentiment to be highjacked and twisted into a show of nationalism We're a long way from the solemn, quiet and dignified act of Remembrance that the Poppy used to, and should, represent.
  5. Any mention of him on Twitter attracts the more special amongst us - just reported around 5 posts for clear & outright racism.
  6. 2nd of December for the group draw
  7. Mrs Ned just told me that if the torrential rain puts paid to tonights Falkirk/Hamilton game at least I'll be able to watch it on the telly
  8. Spotify recently added 'Video' Thumbnails to their homepage - they're clunky, tacky and I fucking hate them. /rant
  9. Quite possibly my first ever post about a cushion but that f'kers going straight in my basket: https://www.retroclasico.co.uk/product/falkirk-1991-retro-football-personalised-cushion/
  10. I see Salmond took a wee side-swipe at NS during his eulogy for Winnie Ewing - bit tasteless IMO, not the time or place, and certainly not something that will progress the movement.
  11. Juve are the team of choice for Italian glory hunters.
  12. Jesus suffering f'ck - that fucking commentary
  13. As usual my perfectly genuine desire for a team to win is wiped out by nauseating over-the-top fellating of an English based media. Forza etc.
  14. Has anyone ever watched a game in one of these filmed Fan Zones? Presumably folk hold on to perfectly good beer just so they can launch it in the air if there's a goal!?
  15. Whose viewing experience is improved by having Robbie Savage talk utter shite over the top of a football match?
  16. Lucky not to get booked for that celebration - already booked for diving off course
  17. Yip - 'mon Fiorentina - into these knuckle-dragging morons.
  18. So anyhoo, just messing around with this for the first time and I asked it to write a pieandbovril post about Falkirk FC, it's certainly not bang on the money but it's probably better than some of the 'unartificial' intelligence that currently posts on here: Title: Falkirk FC - The Rising Force in Scottish Football! Hey fellow PieandBovril enthusiasts, I wanted to take a moment to shine the spotlight on a team that's been making some serious waves in Scottish football - none other than Falkirk FC! This club has been on a remarkable journey in recent years, and it's high time we give credit where credit is due. First and foremost, let's talk about their incredible fanbase. The Falkirk faithful are some of the most passionate and dedicated supporters you'll ever come across. Rain or shine, they pack the stands at The Falkirk Stadium, creating an electrifying atmosphere that gives their team an extra edge on the pitch. The vocal support is truly a sight to behold and speaks volumes about the club's rich history and strong community ties. Now, onto the team itself. Falkirk FC has shown tremendous resilience and determination, bouncing back from setbacks and displaying an unwavering fighting spirit. Their recent performances have been nothing short of impressive, as they consistently challenge the established teams in their division. With a blend of experienced heads and talented youngsters, Falkirk is building a squad that is both exciting to watch and capable of achieving great things. One key aspect that sets Falkirk apart is their commitment to nurturing young talent. The club's youth academy has been a breeding ground for emerging stars, with several players making their mark not only at Falkirk but also on the national stage. This focus on youth development bodes well for the future, as it ensures a steady supply of talented players and the potential for even greater success. Off the pitch, Falkirk FC has been making strides as well. The club has been proactive in engaging with the community, hosting events and initiatives that bring people together. Their dedication to promoting grassroots football and supporting local causes deserves applause. As Falkirk continues to grow and evolve, it's important for Scottish football fans to recognize the impact this club is making. They are a rising force, a team that's not afraid to challenge the status quo and make their mark on the national football scene. So, let's rally behind Falkirk FC, celebrate their successes, and keep an eye on their journey as they aim for even greater heights. Here's to Falkirk FC - a club on the rise and a true embodiment of the spirit of Scottish football! COYB (Come On, You Bairns)!

I ended up taking a selfie and sending it to them electronically - not sure if every station would be so helpful but ours certainly was
