That Saints backline looks immense, but we still offer almost nothing going forward. We’re going to need another striker and a winger or we’ll have to grind out 1-0 wins all season long.
Has McAllister ever been any good? I’ve yet to see him have a good game.

Oh no you don’t you sneaky sausage. Get BUMPED.
Jambos get doon.

I'm by no means a legal expert, but is that latest statement not contempt of court?

What was Ian McShane like for you guys the year you went up? IIRC he didn’t really make the step back up to the Premiership but was he decent enough in the Championship?
Good Championship player. That seems to be his glass ceiling.

I heard this as well unfortunately. Something to do with Hull wanting to regulate his playing time as he was playing over the summer.
The guy is 23 years old. No wonder football has gone as soft as shite if that's true.

Would happily take Kennedy as he has looked very decent each time I've seen him.
I'd be very disappointed if McLoughlin wasn't here till thew summer.
Wouldn't be fussed if Waters returned to Killie. I don't think he's any better than the likes of Erahon or McGinn at LB.

Osman Sow is genuinely the worst footballer I've ever clapped eyes on....and I've saw some utter dross.
Still can't quite believe Killie signed him. Hilarious.

I wouldn't expect a barrow load of goals in this one as Saints and Killie have two of the meanest defences in the league.

The team on large when we got promoted was decent enough. All that was required was a striker, dominant centre half, a winger and a ball winning midfielder. Now we need an overhaul. I cannot believe how much damage has been done to a stable squad. Stubbs is signing players for life back in the championship. I am sure cooke, king etc would cut it a level below but that is that. McGinn hit the nail on the head when he is talking about players with no game time. This is mismanagement in a grand scale. Stubbs has this week to rectify our squad or its down we go.
Nah, it's fine. We'll just work really hard on the training pitch. We should be sound.

Kpekawa is absolutely chronic. Doesn’t understand the centre half position, he’s slow and weak, can’t jump, has no positional sense, can’t read play.
Coulson is unfit, weak and slow.
Brock Madsen is the worst striker we’ve had for a while. Useless.
Kyle Magennis is not a left winger. He’s a central midfielder. Play him there.
Stubbs’ summer business has been woeful. It’s almost like he signed them all based on:
a) working with them for a week at the Jamie Vardy academy.
b) watched a few Youtube videos.

Fitba is mental. I can’t think of another profession where you can be completely shite at your job yet still be touted for every job going.

It looks like he was away either way, so I'm not really any more or less worried than I was before. But yes, gutted he's going.
If there has been an illegal tap-up - and there is a chance that Sunderland's new owners didn't understand the procedures, perhaps - then we might get a little bit more go-away money.
JR/JR's agent should understand the process, if what Sunderland say is true then JR has done the dirty on us.

Season tickets go on sale tomorrow and now we have offered JR a new deal? Call me cynical, but...

So Jack Ross has turned Barnsley down and Wycombe had an approach to speak to their manager and Toshack was interviewed......but this Portuguese boy was definitely the first choice.

There will be a few rocks to be slunk under tonight.

Both Glasgow clubs are interested.
He'd probably get homesick at Firhill though.

The absolute pish about McShane being a weak link here is stupid as f**k TBH.
He has been a good signing. I can’t really understand why people think he and McGinn should both be doing the same job.

Fingers crossed this means Darryl Duffy is on the way out. Most pointless signing in St Mirren history.

Nothing bizarre about it, we’ve got a decent fee for a player we would’ve lost for less in the summer, he wanted to move, we didn’t want to stand in his way, we have a decent enough replacement lined up.
The bizarre part is on both us and Livi for jumping now rather than hanging on for the transfer window. Ripping the pish right out of the "emergency" loan system.

Bizarre one. Why would Livi opt to lose him now on an emergency loan? Couldn't they just wait for the transfer window? Livi fans in the know?

What's the feeling over this way? You're looking every bit the league winners a lot of folk expected. Can you keep it up?
At the right end of the pitch we look like having enough to mount a right good challenge.
At the back though? To say we look dodgy is an understatement. Obviously we’ve had no shortage of injury/suspension problems in our defence already, highlighted by out roastings off of Morton and Pars.
The quicker Gary McKenzie returns the more comfortable I’ll be with our title bid.

The club won’t be appealing, they have confirmed.
Any appeal would have been a massive waste of time and money.
