Not sure if it’s been said before, but Lee Erwin is absolutely pish.
He can barely move.

We have created absolutely nothing all night.

Fuckin hell.
The sheer number of contenders for worst ref in Scotland is impressive.

What is going on with these short corners, from both sides? Get it in the fucking box.

The ref is virtually blowing his whistle for every challenge.

Lovely stuff.

Why are we being subjected to James McFadden on a weekly basis? He offers no intelligent insight in to anything and peddles lazy, stolen opinions from his pals on Sportsound. He’s as dull as dishwater in to the bargain as well.
Get him to f**k.

Marcus Fraser is a very good defender.

I must say, it is refreshing to have a manager who isn’t a shitebag from refs for a change. Goodwin seems to get a talking to every week.

The Livi goalie appears to be trying to launch the ball to the airport with every kick here.

Our defence is all over the place when Livi get the ball wide.
The Willie Collum show kicking off now.

There should be some sort of sweepstake for the Willie Collum penalty bingo.

We have been absolutely pish so far. More Livi goals incoming.

Just now, FuzzyBear said:
St Mirren better team in 1st half. Accies better in 2nd and missed 2 great chances. Draw a fair result.
Dont think it has been mentioned but thought the ref was atrocious.
Still haven’t worked out why Fraser was booked.

I thought we should have started with Flynn in place of MacPherson.
Cammy works hard enough but he just lacks that bit of quality that Flynn brings to the middle of the park.

Mad that we opted to get shot of Morais and kept Erwin.

Anderson does look a very decent player.

If I’m not mistaken, this other commentator keeps saying O’Shaughnessey.

Durmus is back to his best now after a slow start. His defensive work is much improved too.

Jim Goodwin signs new contract
St Mirren Football Club is delighted to announce that the manager, Jim Goodwin and assistant manager Lee Sharp have signed new 3-year contracts with the Club through to June 2024.
The Board recognise the dedication and commitment that Jim has given to the club and the initial benefits of this can be seen with the developing success on the park. In this challenging season, Jim has led the Club to a Hampden semi-final and achieved league success with historic wins. Jim continues to be an excellent ambassador for the Club and his work with the St Mirren Foundation and the causes they support is evidence of his passion and commitment for the Club and the wider community it supports.
Jim’s commitment to a longer-term deal will allow us to build on the Club's ambitious plans. In the last year the club has signed a Scottish internationalist, an ex-English premiership player, have invested in The Academy, and Stadium and Ralston infrastructure upgrades. The Board will now be looking to extend contracts of key players in coming period, and develop an enhanced scouting department to ensure we have the right platform on the park to allow Jim Goodwin to continue to build on the success of this season.
It is an exciting time for St Mirren on the park, as we strive to achieve the footballing ambitions that we set at the beginning of this season. We are also working hard to prepare for the future and the return of our fans to the SMISA Stadium. We are working to develop all non-football commercial activity to make sure that when our fans return, they can have a new, contemporary, enhanced experience when we all get back to backing the Buddies safely from the stands.
Chief Executive, Tony Fitzpatrick explained: "The Board has recognised the excellent results and progress this season under Jim and to continue developing as a club we see this as an integral piece of the plan. Jim has been given one of the highest player budgets of any St Mirren Manager and he is now the highest paid manager in club’s history. The immediate focus will continue to be on Jim leading the team to a potential top 6 finish. This deal allows everyone to plan longer term to bring further success to our Club. We are an ambitious Club and we believe with Jim ambitions we have an exciting, successfully future ahead."
Jim Goodwin commented: “I'm delighted to extend my contract here. I appreciate the board offering the new deal to me and for the recognition of the hard work that myself and my staff are doing here."It's a great time to be a part of this club. I feel there is a real air of positivity and we have SMiSA soon to take over the running of the club and the introduction of Kibble which is a fantastic step in the right direction. There are really good people on the board who are as keen as I am to take the club forward and take it to the next level."

Goodwin has signed a new 3 year deal.

Aberdeen should definitely have had a penalty for the Erhahon handball.
I feel like I say it every week, the handball rule is shite, but it’s there and that’s a penalty.

That Fitzwater red card is genuinely mental.

At what stage do you start giving young boys a shout up front ahead of absolutely non-entities like Erwin? There’s no way they can be any worse than him.
