I have my doubts about the show mostly due to them refusing any early screenings for reviewers and critics. That is usually a bad sign, being set in the JJ verse rather than the prime doesn't sit well with me either. The JJ verse feels like a watered down trek to make it more appealing to non trekkies, Absolutely hope to be proven otherwise though because i love Star Trek and the cast is solid

So Destiny "2" is out, though in reality it looks like Destiny 1.1 seeing as its almost exactly the same game with only the most minor of changes. It even uses the exact same character creator just cut and pasted from the first game. Expensive marketing doesn't make up for being the exact same shit just repackaged.

Sorry i meant to post more but i haven't had the time. Along with the medication change i'm also going to arrange mindfulness sessions. Previously i was on Citalopram 40mg until i built up a tolerance to it and switched to the Sertraline. If i dont see any improvement on the 100mg tabs we will look to wean me down to 50 again.

Seen my GP this morning and discussed what happened. We have agreed to double my dose of Sertraline up to 100mg to see if that will help.

Cheers Lads, appreciate the kind words. CBT has been mentioned a few times to me and im really starting to think it may be a solution. My immediate family are aware, both my gran's and my aunt have been very supportive, my aunt even offers to join me when i go places if i need it. Its very frustrating at times. Going short distances in the day is usually fine, most of the immediate family live within a 5-10 minute walk of my house and because i've lived in this area my entire life i'm very familiar and comfortable with it. I still have to take a propanol, but i manage. It's places further out and/or busy i start to have more trouble. My GP recommended i plan out a series of steps to build up good experiences going out again, planning out further and further distances with a end goal. Bout a 3 month's ago that goal was going to the cinema with a friend, he works in central station and i arrived maybe 5-10 minutes early and just being in a really busy place like that wasn't pleasant for me. But i managed. I haven't, to be entirely honest i didn't even consider it

This. Excellent game to mooch about on and blow shit up, poor Fallout game. I've been playing this once again. I tend to play the game til i get bored of it then leave it for a few months. Fairly light on the mods this run, but i installed a few mods to smooth out the choppiness of the game, when you lose any FPS at all the game shudders to a halt, the mods ive installed don't stop the FPS drops completely but they stop the game from grinding to a halt whenever you do lose FPS. Also installed a mod that stops you from gaining any XP at all doing settlement building. I love building bases on that game, i honestly don't know why i enjoy it as much as i do but i swear at least 2/3rds of my over 1300 hours on FO4 are just me building settlements. Not gaining XP from settlements really helps the game from becoming unbalanced because you can easily gain 10+ levels from building up sanctuary alone.
