  8. Their attitudes still reflect it at times, I converse with loads of ex police who for the most part all seem like decent guys, I've also been in the vicinity of plenty of police at the football and for the most part seem like knobs, must be the uniform.

  17. That attitude's still there at football games, get a dozen of your fans to sing loudly behind our Railway End and the stewards will be there or thereabouts in no time.

The behavioural aspect was that fans were at the back in numbers, that in itself doesn't mean they deserve blame, it could easily have been the victims who went home relatively unscathed physically that day if they'd turned up later. But for some individuals the emergency services were an absolute disgrace on the day.

  20. I don't know if there were more tickets than spaces, 1/2 that terrace was virtually empty and not all the turnstiles were in operation.

  22. The maximum attendance is ~ 1/3 of what it used to be.
  23. It was hard enough getting out of the Somerset Road/Tryfield Place exit in one piece after big games back then.
