I was intermittent fasting from end of August, when I was 17 stone 2, and in mid-December got down to 13 stone 13.
Then had 10 days of eating and drinking whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted - which involved copious amounts of KFC, Chinese, chocolate, Guinness and Tennent’s. Started fasting again on January 1st and weighed myself today for the first time since December 16th. Only put on 0.4lbs! Chuffed.
Goal for this year is to get down to 13 stone before thinking less about weight loss and more about muscle. Will probably ask a shit ton of questions here as I have no clue about strength training!
