Sounds like a lesser version of O’Donnell when he was with us, in many respects. Good attacking option with confidence issues. Hopefully this move is what he needs to kick on. Edit: Also, expected Gordon to sign on again. Happy enough with that. Reckon Cardle will too but have my doubts about Spittal.

Sad to see Doolan leave. He's a Thistle legend. He should've been subbed on for the final 10 minutes vs. Queens. However, it might be the right decision for all parties.

Glad to hear it. I think he’s started light training and will need a few reserve run outs but can imagine he could be useful from the bench from sometime in March.

I was intermittent fasting from end of August, when I was 17 stone 2, and in mid-December got down to 13 stone 13. Then had 10 days of eating and drinking whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted - which involved copious amounts of KFC, Chinese, chocolate, Guinness and Tennent’s. Started fasting again on January 1st and weighed myself today for the first time since December 16th. Only put on 0.4lbs! Chuffed. Goal for this year is to get down to 13 stone before thinking less about weight loss and more about muscle. Will probably ask a shit ton of questions here as I have no clue about strength training!

Me too. Or that Harkins and Cardle will bring out Doolan’s best. Is he finished or just starved of service? Suppose we’ll find out. All of these signings are uninspiring to me but hopefully they can get us to 8th. What a shit season.

Is Jim McIntyre actually a bad shout? He has won promotion from this league and has won a cup. Might have just been the right time for him to leave County, just as it was the right time for Archie to go here. Doesn't necessarily make him a bad manager. I don't really know the ins and outs of his managerial reigns but on paper he looks a solid option. One for @bunglebonce to answer maybe?
