  1. Europe take a 2 shot lead onto the final day singles in the Solheim Cup. 5 points needed to retain the cup.
  2. Cantlay drops one, but Rahm misses the birdie. Cantlay leads by 1 going up the last.
  3. Game on here. Cantlay misses the green yo thd right on 17 and has a tough up and down, Rahm in close for a good birdie chance.
  4. England 290 behind at the close with all wickets intact.
  5. India burn a review, Hameed caught on the back thigh bit it always looked high, and DRS confirmed it.
  6. On the one hand you are expecting England to collapse at any point, but on the other it's hard to see how India get 10 wickets here without some help from the batsmen.
  7. We had a two round competition on this weekend. Couldn't make it yesterday because of the football, but played today and hit an 84 for a nett 66, best round I've had since I joined Bishopbriggs 4 years ago. Second round in a row with nothing worse than a 6 on the card. Score differential of 12.5 replacing one of 21.1, so my current index of 17.7 should take a battering.
  8. Golf was definitely a sport which was better with nobody there to shout a lot of shite.
  9. Depends if England even want to try and chase the total. IMO if they try just to bat out for the draw they have no chance.
  10. A T8th place finish (at the moment) for Scott Jamieson doesn't look spectacular, but it will lift him over 20 places on the road to Dubai standings and more importantly well above the magic number of 126th.
  11. Wonder if Pant just goes for everything now.
  12. Once again Root is the guy to break a big partnership.
  13. I don't have a problem with the 10 second rule when there is a chsnce that the ball might actually fall in the hole, unlike that one tonight.
  14. England will be hoping for a miracle spell with the new ball.
  15. India will be quite happy with that, leading with 9 wickets in hand at lunch. Moeen got a few balls to turn just before lunch so England will take a bit of heart from that.
  16. One thing you have to praise England's bowlers for is their discipline, they have only bowled 1 no ball so far in the match.
  17. Decent start for India, but survive their first scare of a day. Rahul scudded a Woakes bouncer for a 6, then next ball was trapped lbw and given out. Overturned on review though as it showed the ball had done too much and was missing the stumps. Bizarrely, winviz has India as favourites even though they are still trailing.
  18. No escape from Alcaraz for Tsitsipas. I'll get my coat.
  19. Yep, going to be tough for anybody to come from that far back, about 2/3rds of the field have no chance already, including most of the feckless cants from my fantasy team.
  20. Cantlay leads by one from Rahm, with a 5 shot gap from him to DeChambeau in 3rd spot.
  21. Glory days of McCoist and Parrott? Decent tbf, but no Willie Carson or Emlyn Hughes.
  22. England slightly in front but that could change quickly tomorrow if India can get in front with plenty of wickets still in hand. Both batting lineups are a bit flaky, but if India can get a lead of 200 plus then it will be interesting to see how England cope with the pressure of a 4th innings run chase.
  23. Pope drags one on to the stumps that he didn't need to play at all, out for 81 and given the game situation when he came in, that was a great knock.
  24. And here's me sitting watching it thinking they will have to toughen it up a bit before the Ryder Cup in 2 years time.
