Yep, a work to rule is how it was explained to me by a ticket collector involved in it.

Scotrail have played a blinder with the press coverage of this. Nobody is actually on strike, and very few of their staff are contracted to work on a Sunday. Staff were given a payment if they worked on their days off on top of the overtime, but Scotrail withdrew that payment at the start of the pandemic. Staff are simply working to the terms of their contracts, the whole system relies on them working overtime on their off days.

Definitely, seen a few clips that show it's the front wheel that wobbles first. Sad to see him retire, last time he withdrew from La Vuelta during the race Pogacar was 4.

I just don't see what Hendry is trying to achieve. From the games I've watched, (including the two bald men fighting over a comb that was his worlds qualifier against White), he is nowhere near the level required to compete against even the half decent pros.

He's batting perfectly fine as it is at the moment, reasons for him to relinquish the captaincy would include the tactical clusterfuck of yesterday morning.
