Grudgingly have to say that IMO Wilson is the best QB in the league at the moment, that pick 6 earlier notwithstanding.
  2. The draft picks for the hundred took place earlier. Afghan spinner Rashid Khan was the first player picked, while Malinga and Chris Gayle went unpicked. My own personal opinion is that this tourney could be a disaster, I'm not really seeing who is going to go and support these new manufactured teams, and it's also going to force the county championship away from the time when the weather is likely to be best.

And it just had to be Marcus Peters that caught it after being shunted out of the Rams during the week.

Saints get a TD, but the Bears return the kick off 102 yards to immediately bring it back to 9-7.

Doesn't seem that long ago it was labelled the NFC Worst.
  6. As I said to the missus, David James was never the most agile or elegant looking goalkeeper, so it was no surprise that he was stiff as f**k on the dance floor. Bushell has to go next week, nobody else is anywhere near as bad as he is.

The very definition of an ugly win. Last time the 49ers went 6-0 was 1990.

Would be good if the slide yardage was included in the play. [emoji23]
  9. He looked to be struggling to keep his card a few months ago, but he has had a good second half of the season. Good to see Colsaerts and Kaymer playing well. Cut off point for keeping your card is currently 117 due to affiliate members etc.
  10. Honestly never thought we would see this again 9 months ago.
  11. Calum Hill had another decent finish at the Hainan Open to keep his spot at the top of the Challenge Tour rankings. Connor Syme missed the cut but is still 11th. Ewen Ferguson is currently 16000 points off of the vital 15th spot, but he has been playing well lately and a couple of good finishes in the last 2 events could see him jump up the rankings.
  12. Barnes refusal to use the TMO for anything was baffling tbh. SA's yellow I would have thought was worth a look to confirm that he hadn't landed on his head, and the one where the Japanese player took out the Saffer in the air looked at least a yellow. If SA had cut out the handling errors they would have been well ahead much earlier in the game.
  13. 9-6 to SA with Biggar or Halfpenny missing a sitter of a penalty to tie it would be nice.
  14. Always thought it was going to be tough, but we should never have allowed ourselves to be in a position to be 28-7 behind, especially after scoring first. Defensively we were far too soft. SA have just been far too physical for Japan to run through as easily as they did against Scotland.
  15. 14-3, going to be very hard for Japan to claw that back.
  16. Definitely, any team is going to struggle losing all that quality and experience.
  17. They just can't get any territory to mount a decent attack, getting absolutely strangled deep in their own half.
  18. SA should be well ahead here but they have butchered so many chances.
  19. Been pretty dismal from the Saffers in the series so far. Still nowhere near replacing all the guys that have retired in the last few years.
  20. As a few folk have pointed out on Twitter, he was very quick with the whistle there. He could have let play go on then check it with the TMO.
  21. That's a shocking call by Barnes, he was never held there.
  22. One of the BBC team asked the cricketer how to pronounce it and for him it was La-boo-shane. Suppose it could be different from SA and Australia but I'd never heard the name before this summer.
  23. They must be nearly into double figures now with the dodgy looking ones. The fact they still haven't figured out how to pronounce Labuschagne annoys me more than it should.
