My first gig was the MEN Arena back in 2008 and from what I remember it's much better than the SECC. Seems more geared towards gigs and the standing was pretty good for a large place. Two pits and a general standing from what I recall.

He does come across as quite bitter at times but he makes some very good points about many of the Twitter accounts featured though I disagree with his opinion that American Dad is one of the best sitcoms of the past decade.

Thought Matt Smith was on top form last night. Had me laughing near constantly and a good inclusion of David Mitchell and Robert Webb as the robots.

i've watched the entire 5 series in the past week and it is without a doubt the greatest show I have ever watched.

Submarine's on Channel 4 right now and just starting on +1. One of my favourite movies and a genuinely moving acoustic soundtrack provided by Alex Turner.

Aye, it's definitely more hit than miss. I quite enjoy it certainly in comparison to other sketch shows recently.

I read a stat that Joe Allen completed 97% of his passes today. This might have only been during the first half but if that was for the whole game then you can't fault him too much for that display. Liverpool looked utterly dreadful during the highlights today though. Anyway back to the point of the thread. I searched for Liverpool and Rodgers on Twitter and found equal numbers of fans either demanding Rodgers leave or claiming that the referee has deliberately made sure WBA got the penalties that they did to give them an advantage over Liverpool.

I am anything but a fan of Oasis or Beady Eye but one thing that can't be denied is that Liam and Noel are excellent for a quote. I don't understand the twitter accounts like Robert Downey Jr's and Drake parodies which just post shit jokes or 'wisdom'. The Big Sam's one of the few that seems to understand that these accounts should be creating false impressions of the people they're mocking much like the old Gary Caldwell used to do.

It's not hype that's giving these reviews. It's been years since I've been so entranced during such a long film.

People post their opinion of other peoples looks and personality usually within a rating of 1-10 with no one getting below an 8 and all guys giving their guy mates ratings like 9.7 to show how obviously hilarious they are. This can be made worse when someone posts "sick of people lying in like for looks and personality, like this and I'll be honest!!!" before giving their boring ugly friends anything above 8.

Thing is when it comes to places like Possil at least they're being renovated and modernised to an extent whereas these central mining towns in Fife etc are just going to be left for eternity by the looks of things.

Really disappointed in the new Spiderman. Seems really muddled tbh and whilst funny in places just seemed rubbish compared to the one released a decade ago.

Sounds quite promising, like they're going back to their more rock leanings. Team A (Not A-Team as Kele kept informing everyone) had a very excellent breakdown towards the end. Helicopter is one of the best songs to go mad with your mates and scream along to. I was absolutely roaring "STOP BEING SO AMERICAN" in a lassies face that I've never met.

Aye and I reckon since Kele's had his dance side project and the re releasing of She's Hearing Voices means we might get treated to the highlights of Silent Alarm. Hoping to hear Hunting For Witches as well.

Caught TEED and Gesaffelstein at Rock Ness and it's really got me into both of them. Top acts live.
