  1. It was delicious in fairness to my missus. Thicker base required in future though. Shall I put you down for a slice next time KB?
  2. Thanks. I thought it might be. Spicy ramen is fabulous. The donor kebab equivalent over here after a night on the piss.
  3. Spicy food in Japan tends to be disappointingly mild sadly but there's a ramen shop near me that has a scale of 1-5 with 5 being outrageously hot! Ramen tends to be with pork not chicken.......packet looks Korean though.
  4. Was given free tickets to the Ehime v Gunma game today. Finished 4-2 to Ehime but seeing fainting frog mascot, ippei-kun was the highlight.
  5. Agreed. Has already been mentioned to the wife and duly noted by her. Tastes good though.
  6. My wife made a lemon cheesecake tonight. Sunday looks even better now.
  7. Saw the thread title and thought the OP had found my ex gfs vibrator..........
  8. I remember Russells (now called something else) on Byers Road used to do an outstanding breakfast. It was about double the size of the above for about £6.50. f**k sake @Adam. I now want a cooked breakfast and it 11.30pm here!
  9. I only had one bad experience when they forgot to scrub the shells but even then there was no gastric ill feeling just a few "bits" to pick out.
  10. Don't forget the glass (bottle) of Marleborough Estates white wine.......
  11. Have you ever tried them with black bean sauce? Sensational!
  12. What's eating @Granny Danger these days? Seems constantly irate for some reason.
  13. That's a pisser. Surely standing should be allowed again at the football after the Hillsborough inquiry found that it had f**k all to do with standing on a terrace and everything to do with how it was policed?
  14. Just wait til she's old enough to understand "Santa"......their innocence melts even the hardest of hearts! Point taken though. GTF Christmas music/decorations til December!
  15. I think some people just don't know how to or even if they should broach the "elephant in the room" for them but part of every day life for you. I've always just told people to chat as they normally would to me and if they wanted to ask about my daughters illness that's fine, likewise if they didn't due to feeling uncomfortable. Deliberately walking in the other direction to avoid you and your daughter is pretty poor show regardless of not intending malice though.
  16. I get what you mean but I don't necessarily think the people that look away do so out of badness. I'd say they don't want to convey a look of "pity". Try not to be too hard on folk as remember we've had to live and therefore "normalize" our situations which to the vast majority of people is alien to them. People that are openly mocking , belittling or abusive, now they're the c***s I despise.
  17. Wouldn't replacing the seats with safe standing in the all stands except the 2 tiered one at Hampden make for better viewing and atmosphere? Is safe standing allowed at international matches?
  18. My daughter gets lots of that type of attention out here from young and old people. I put it down to curiosity due to her being mixed race as opposed to anything sinister. You'd like to think that the vast majority of people are just being friendly but unaware/oblivious as to how society has changed over the years.
  19. Do they ever had an ex referee on as a pundit? At least they know the rules of the game..........even if they were incapable of adhering them in practice!
  20. Reading through the last few pages about all the purchases everyone's made/had to make for their little ones it really struck home how lucky my wife and I were to inherit practically everything from my brother in law! Sounds like we saved a fortune!
