    Norway has a professional set up of 2 divisions of 16 teams with Regional pyramid below. They only have a 30 game league program and somehow manage to get the equivalent of €50m/season.

    Whilst nobody can argue with Alves' pedigree his lack of resale value and high wages make this a risky signing. His signing also doesn't address the lack of pace at CH in the Rangers* defence.
