    Some smackhead did this to me about 4 years ago when I was out running down Leith Links......I moved 3 times on approach to which he kept moving towards me........in the end he ended up on his arse as I ran right over the top of the cnut........couldn't really hear what he shouted as I had my mp3 player on and just kept running.

    Whilst I wouldn't take it as gospel & shout it from the rooftops, the local radio station here in Edinburgh is saying we could exit admin tomorrow.......perhaps that's where the younger, more eager posters got their info from previously? Time will tell.

    Oh...I totally agree. It's just strange as I was always athletic when I was younger whether it be football or whatever.....so what came naturally back then is much more of a challenge these days! I do enjoy it though

    Some of you guys are serious runners! Fair play....some great times I'm 38yo and just run to keep fit & the weight off.......10k in 45mins is my usual time. Not sure I could bring that down tbh.
