    Pork broth is usually used in tonkotsu ramen. Miso/soy/mirin is usually in traditional ramen. I personally prefer the pork broth for my ramen.

    Is 30-50% upfront not the norm? I can understand Celtic telling them to ram it if the final fee is based on winning trophies, goals etc.
