subs were wrong and camping in our own half with no intention of shutting celtic down until they got 40 yards from goal was a horrible choice.

Let's talk about Celtic though. Fucking shite, Maeda is awful, Khun is terrible. The Centre halves are shite and the full backs are woeful. Taking the ball into the corner when 2-1 up at FP is fucking hilarious.

Taking the ball into the corner is just getting the fundamental basics right, something Motherwell didn’t do at the end of the game.

Well we live to fight another day with a much better 2nd half.

    /Soyourtellingmetheresachance?

Showed a bit of bottle which was lacking in the first half. Pleased for Idah, a lot was said about him but he made a huge difference in the second half.

We can’t pretend it was a good performance, we got away with 3 points which is the most important thing but that first half was dreadful

Celtic should be absolutely uncatchable with those kinds of resources.

Whether they win the league or not, it feels as though they’ll just do as they did after Deila and then Lennon, spend massively to regain dominance.

Doesn’t matter how much you spend if you don’t really have a plan and spend it on dross.

Our recruitment over the past 3 or so windows has been very very poor and wasteful

If we put the whataboutery aside, I think my original point stands.

The fact that every team other than Celtic will be disappointed at his decision to retire says quite a lot about his current ability.

Thats your opinion and that’s fine but if you are relying on fact then the you have to accept that in those 14 games he has played against you he has conceded fewer goals than the 14 games before he arrived.

Joe Hart was a step up from who we had at the time which was the banter pairing of Barkas and Bain. Could we have gotten better? You can always get better however he did improve us in that department. O

There is also a decent argument to suggest that since the turn of the year if not for Hart and some of the saves he has made we would be further behind Rangers than we actually are.

Aside from what RandomGuy mentions, I can think off the top of my head about 4 goals we’ve scored into Hart where he was either wholly or partly to blame for conceding. That’s quite a high portion of the goals conceded against us.

I was delighted that Celtic went with him as their number 1 this season. His inability to effectively pass out from the back has hindered Celtic massively at times, perfectly illustrated against Kilmarnock at the weekend.

Just 4? There will always be a much higher chance of a keeper mistake leading to a goal however that 4 is significantly less than the 7 or 8 that James Tavernier is wholly or partly responsible for in this fixture over the same time period and he isn’t even the keeper 😉

Anyway he’s done his job, good luck to him. He’s never been the best with his feet and we have had better, and worse but he’s still played a part in our success.

Rangers have scored more against him than anyone else in the leagut tbf, think its 14 goals in 13 games. 4 clean sheets.

I’d expect that no matter who our keeper is since Rangers will generally create more chances against us than any other team in the league

Your maths I also think is wrong it’s 13 goals in 14 matches with 5 clean sheets. Rangers have also only scored more than 1 goal into him on 3 occasions.

It has the Clarke schooling Rangers vibe to it

    Get well soon Celtic

McInnes changed things with a clear purpose to it, we brought in Bernabei and he made changes that specifically targeted him as the obvious weak link.

Its good tactical management, the very opposite of what was happening in our dugout so fair play to McInnes

Celtic and their support just don’t seem up for an actual fight it seems. The **** seem like they’re loving just being involved and suspect that momentum will carry them to a wholly pointless title win that will see them fighting each other and shitting themselves in George square again.

It’s quite similar to how we felt in Anges 1st season. We had our worst start in a quarter of a century but somehow got on a run, built momentum and clawed it back.

We were pinching ourselves wondering just how the f**k we were now in it and were happy just to be taking the fight to them, Rangers fans will rightly be the same, pinching themselves at how it’s happened but it’s happened.

Celtic are lucky that they have all that #character that @Jinky67 was telling me about the other week when I said they looked like clueless shitebags 🤣

Imagine where theyd be without it

Where we would be? Top of the league by a point and a game more played than Rangers I reckon.

Seems a bit of an obvious answer that mate 😂
