  1. On how many players? And what % of those have actually been successful ? I think today we had something like 10 of our new signings sitting on their arse at home. Our recruitment since last January has been pretty awful and we are also paying the price for letting players like GG go. He’s exactly what we need just now and the board do oversee this and employ a certain head of recruitment who arguably is there based on the strength of his name. However Rodgers is absolutely culpable too, he isn’t setting the team up tactically to play to the players strengths hence why Kyogo looks a shadow of himself just now. Whether that’s because he doesn’t know how to or due his own narcissism is something I guess time will tell but either way fans now have doubts about his capability to deliver second time around
  2. Nah pretty much the same starting 11 with the exception of Turnbull for Iwata. We never look great after a European game however there is no excuse for that sort of performance and whatever we out from our first team squad cost a f**k ton more than what Hearts did. I wasn’t too worried after last week as a blip can happen but today was worse and a cause for some concern. The majority of that starting 11 won a treble last year, they look a country mile from that just now
  3. As strong as we had available depending on your opinion on Scales at centre back.
  4. Would you not expect me to post a reaction the game?
  5. Shitebag performance from us, embarrassing doesn’t get close. None of them including Rodgers look like they give a f**k. That level of performance is worrying especially at home
  6. Indeed, Man U and Newcastle need more investment if to compete at this level
  7. Decent though eh? Very proud of them and will take every opportunity to big them up.
  8. A medal? No i have those and they were hard earned You said there are questions to be asked of parents who take their kids to watch Celtic and what they are teaching them so I’m doing you the courtesy of answering it from my own experience of it. Many of you complain that we don’t answer these questions but when we do you don’t like the answers given. I’m responsible for how I bring up my kids, I’m not responsible for how thousands of others bring up or have brought up theirs
  9. It isn’t my job to police a fanbase, I pay my money to just go a watch the football and have 90 minutes of escape. It’s the one thing that when i came out of the forces that helps me escape from what’s in my head. What my job is however to ensure that my children are brought up in way and educated in such a way that they understand that this is unacceptable, that’s my job. And don’t worry about upsetting me, you don’t have the talent for that but if you want me to hold me responsible because it’s easier for you to think Celtic fan = bigot then crack on, there is only so long can argue with stupid before you have to question your own intelligence
  10. I answered your questions, no struggle here . It does seem like you struggle with the answers though as they don’t seem to fit with the narrative you are trying to portray. That’s a you problem though
  11. Took my boys to Celtic games for years. One holds a sports development position for the council with children with additional support needs and works for the Celtic foundation also a coach, he spent this week giving out free meals. He also represents Scotland for Taekwondo. My second son is a current British Champion at Taekwondo and won a bronze medal at the World Championships, he is also doing his degree in sports development and is about to start a placement at St Mirren My other boy is studying Law at Edinburgh Uni. So yeah taking them to watch Celtic has had a massive detrimental impact on their development and behaviour as young men. Good parenting is a 24/7 job not just for 90 mins on a Saturday. You educate them and teach them how to be better than what’s come before them. And just to add my dad took me to Celtic games in the 80’s and 90’s when it was probably worse than it is now, he taught me values and right from wrong and I made a choice at a young age to join the Armed Forces. How can that be the career path of choice for someone who must have been brought up with bigotry?
  12. It’s not but it allows people to deflect away from the conversation. The question you asked is a perfectly valid one however I haven’t heard Brendan Rodgers or any of the players use the pitch as an excuse for what was a piss poor performance on Sunday unless I’ve missed something?
  13. Then as per usual you would be a mile off. You seem to be only capable of a binary thought process. I bet you subscribe to the notion all Celtic fans are Catholic and we are only called Sean and Liam. I was also brought up in Dalmarnock until I was about 10 I do, every year and it has never been commented on but I’ve posted about this before
  14. There is nothing to like, it’s just an utterly stupid and nonsensical question which only makes you look like a fud
  15. How do you know it’s only 2? Did you count them all? That’s a stupid question not a tough one, I guess the question I asked you was the tough one
  16. So me going to watch my local junior side regularly pretty much every other week doesn’t count as supporting my local team then? I watch lots of teams when Celtic aren’t playing usually on that big telly box thing but for Wishy I actually go in person. I have a scarf and everything Nah mate, again I’ve answered all of these questions quite happily. I’m wondering if you will bring me something tougher before I go to bed?
  17. No I think that because you hold a completely unreasonable belief that all Celtic fans are bigots irrespective of their background or because they aren’t willing to put themselves in harms way. It’s a very very simple minded view that actually nurtures hatred and bigotry. And no mate I don’t think that because you aren’t a Celtic fan you must be a Rangers fan because I’m not fucking stupid and ignorant enough to think you must be 1 or the other. And just to really f**k you off, I also live in Wishaw so I do see a few of you from time to time on my way to Tim Hortons for a coffee and doughnut so I do know some of you exist. Generally hanging about that big building across from the Rainforest
  18. No worries, we can get all get carried away a bit sometime
  19. The last thing I am is a bigot mate, I’m a half Asian Catholic married to a Protestant who served 14 years in the British armed forces. As far as Celtic fans go I’m about as big an anomaly as it fucking gets. Christ I even wear a poppy What you have shown yourself here though in very few posts to be considerably ignorant and dare I say a bigot?
  20. No shame on me mate as like I said I don’t participate and have given my feelings on this subject plenty of times on here, you labelling someone a c**t for being nothing more than a Celtic fan however is rather shameful.
  21. I’ve already answered. Not too good at this are you?
  22. What I don’t do is participate, I go to the football to do just that watch the football. I don’t pay hundreds of pounds to police a bunch of jumped up wee fannies singing about things they just don’t understand, that’s the police’s job. Furthermore there is no one on their own going to steam into several hundred fans to tell them to shut the f**k up because the outcome of that will be very inevitable and very painful. So same to you, let’s park the stupid questions eh?
  23. Really levelling up on the stupid as f**k posts tonight…bravo
