It was me who posted the news of the ban and there have been a couple of us offering opinion since. Am I going tonight? Of course why wouldn’t I? And I don’t know if there are any planned protests but I do expect there will be something, the GB as we all know aren’t typically shy at coming forward with their views. But like I posted earlier I do expect it to get a bit messy.

If it is indeed to do with the banners it really should have come immediately after the Killie game the message would have at least been clear irrespective of anyone’s opinion on the merit of it. Apparently not why they have been banned. The ban is to do with safety and conduct concerns raised with the group since September.

First half we were brilliant, best I’ve seen us in Europe for a while, our first goal was outstanding. Athletico clearly were very good, Griezmann is quality and Llorente also quality. We just didn’t start the 2nd half well, Taylor’s decision making poor for the 2nd goals, the change of shape just didn’t work and the Forrest for Kyogo change was a bit odd. Really needed a win however the positive was a really positive performance against a top drawer side.
