  1. You not going to Ibrox to watch your team is the least surprising thing on this thread.
  2. It’s not a rarity to see sports teams visit the Vatican and the Pope. The German national team have done it, as have Bayern Munich amongst others from other sporting fields.
  3. We also have significantly more penalties given against us so your point is just whataboutery.
  4. Didn’t see any of it today however gauging by what I’ve seen on social media we were rather shite
  5. Clearly the rules (laws) are different however what I am suggesting is that you can apply them in such a way or just with general common sense in a contact sport and be both competitive and keep people safe, but I’m sure the debate will subside just because you see it in such a way. I also find it a little sad that you view players health being less important than whether or not a decision was correct. Secondly I trust based on the above statement we will never see you complain about how referees or VAR view a decision?
  6. It’s not that difficult to judge. It really boils down to if the challenge for the ball was too aggressive and was there excessive force used that could severely injure. If the answer to that is yes it should be a simple decision to make as similar rules apply in other contact sports. I’m involved in Taekwondo at an international level and my boys both compete for Scotland and such a rule applies there even though you are kicking and punching someone on the head, but if the contact is considered excessive resulting in a KO you can be disqualified. You are perfectly entitled to kick that person in the face but the aggression and contact has to be controlled
  7. So I’m not on the advisory board after all? My opportunity to emulate the hero that is Craig Whyte taken away
  8. It says f**k all bud no matter how much you want it to, you do seem like you need a pal. If I start randomly tagging you in threads you haven’t posted in or have an interest in then you may cause to suggest it has some meaning
  9. It’s really not the difficult, it takes a basic level of mathematical ability and about 20 seconds of my time. And yes mate you post an inane level of utter shite, I just didn’t realise just how much
  10. Am I the most active? do I get a trophy for that? Anyway you could do a lot worse than me, I wouldn’t have stood by and let my club die. Hail Hail lads, the changes are a coming.
  11. If you look at the red card for Maeda compared to that one in Sunday it’s mental to think one is considered dangerous and the other isn’t. I don’t think there was any intent I just think it was clumsy but it was definitely dangerous.
  12. On a day where Rangers release their financials here you are talking about Neil Lennon.
  13. Nothing to deflect from mate as you never have a point to make.
  14. No mate obsession is spending the majority of your time talking about another club and their fans to the point you look like a moonhowling idiot and then tagging me on other unrelated threads because your cage has been rattled. And I’ll pass on the Killie thread thanks you’re boring enough here.
  15. You made me curious so had to look. 13 posts on this thread since Saturday and just the 2 on your own match thread. Just like Benny you love posting negativity about Celtic and their fans more than you love talking about your own team. I get the point of a forum is to discuss what’s topical but when you post more about Celtic than I do you need to have a word with yourself.
  16. Bit ironic you labelling anyone a scumbag considering your recent trolling and weaponising of a conflict that’s killing thousands.
  17. Then why have a go when people choose not to wear one? After all that is what we who served fought for, your choice. I wear mine not because of custom, not because I feel obliged to because I served but because I have a connection to people I served with who died. It is and should be a personal thing and certainly not something to weaponise because that too is disrespectful. And I haven’t condoned anything mate, I don’t enjoy hearing people boo but again their choice
  18. Has the wearing of a poppy on a football shirt now become mandatory?
