  1. Rhetorical question mate, I thought that was obvious along with it being written with a generous dose of sarcasm I guess I better work on that
  2. But defensive there mate no one is suggesting Rangers are doing anything wrong by accepting the tickets (what they did wrong was create the situation in the first instance) so going into explaining rules etc just really isn’t necessary
  3. You won’t take them mate as they only offer them to fans who actually go to the home games
  4. Is that the same rule that was in place last season aye? Remind how many away tickets that netted you? I genuinely hope you do accept them as it’s just another game where you watch your team most likely lose to Celtic and another reminder of why the allocations were culled in the first instance
  5. I guess we will but let’s not forget why we are at this point
  6. Hearing Rocco Vata may be going on loan to Aberdeen. We have an abundance of wingers so whilst it makes sense I was hoping we may see a bit more of him this season.
  7. Mate I’m starting to wonder if you watch football at all. USA 94 was huge on TV and there was a decent enough interest in Sweden over here especially after Euro 92 with them beating England and getting to the semis and Brolin becoming a big star. This was also still the age of Panini sticker books and if you asked anyone especially anyone of school age with their pockets laden with fitba stickers they could have told you exactly who Rene Higuita, Alexi Lalas, Henrik Larsson or a Yordan Letchkov was. And mate IKEA didn’t open in Scotland until 99 so I’d imagine your average Celtic or Rangers fan were more aware of Larsson than IKEA in 96 and everyone knows the ABBA drummer was Ola Brunkert, don’t they? Danilo may prove to be good for Rangers, none of us are sitting here with a crystal ball, but I only asked AJF what excites him about the player assuming he has watched some footage and researched the player a little, as his goal record on paper is pretty average. It was a fair question to which AJF provided a fair answer to and you somehow seem to have gotten your knickers in a twist about.
  8. No one had heard of a World Cup semi finalist prior to him coming to Celtic? Especially one with such distinguishing features? Pretty shocking statement that Kennie Brazilians on the other hand when they come to Scotland can tend to be a bit Scheidt But the question was what excites him not if he knew who he was mate
  9. I don’t know hence why i asked you Heard this shit last season and how Ange was lucky. Now it’s David Brent and we have stagnated
  10. Cha Du-Ri , he is to right backs what Ryan Kent is to wingers
  11. What makes you excited? His record is pretty bang average for playing in a team that won the league and scored 80+ league goals tbh.
  12. A lot of it is now to do with Mark Lawwell who came in as head of recruitment, he was previously part of the City group as head of scouting and recruitment and worked with Ange at Yokohama.
  13. I’m not talking about the Japanese fans, I’m talking about the fannies getting them to sing what they are singing. And nah I don’t think this is normal
  14. Then you see what you want to see then mate. I have replied to your posts on this particular topic where I have used the words abhorrent and horrific to describe those songs which you ignored. It’s not behaviour that’s indicative of an entire support so the hyperbole just really isn’t necessary
  15. Why should people feel a collective shame because of a pair of fuds embarrassing themselves? They shame themselves that’s it
  16. Benny can barely string a sentence together that isn’t a copy and paste job from one of the plethora of Celtic blogs he subscribes to. The fact you fanboy over him so much is quite funny Not sure what else you would call it tbh. Any suggestions?
  17. The great thing about Fashion Sakala is that he inspires hope. Hope that no matter your age or football ability that you still have a chance to make it.
  18. Every professional club in probably every league in the world uses analytics to identify players that will fit the system. Long gone are the days where a manager would go watch a player or rely on a scouting report alone. They use data and analytics so they all must know something about the game or you wouldn’t be watching and enjoying the football you do
  19. They are also playing very different roles albeit from the same position. Frimpong was your orthodox wing back where AJ is playing that inverted role where he pretty much becomes another central midfielder. I don’t think Frimpong could play that role half as well as AJ does and it would take away from what is his biggest asset. AJ will probably be asked to play that more orthodox way in Rodgers system so we will soon see how he fits that role
  20. AJ is a great find, for me based on Frimpongs time in Scotland, AJ is more solid defensively, much more physical but Frimpong is a different level going forward as was Tierney.
  21. Especially just now, both back in hard training and starting their weight cut as they are both representing Scotland at the World Championships in Finland in a couple of months. A pair of moody fuckers but still very proud of them They have had a good coach They kick me about like an empty tracksuit these days however
