My boiler in the caravan packed before Xmas and the company that fitted it said it could not be fixed and it was not under warranty,they wanted £2250 to replace it. I got in touch with Glow Worm,they sent an engineer out today and all it was was a £1 washer in the heater exchanger and as the boiler is less than a year old is covered under warranty.

That will be me today,I have to drive my wife's Vauxhall Adam 45 miles down to our caravan.

My wife was given a 2021 Kia Rio with more hits than The Beatles as a courtesy car.It felt like THE LOANER from The Mask

Had a gas engineer booked to repair our boiler in the caravan,booked this 3 weeks ago as I needed to be there and am on holiday today. The engineer called to say he cannot do the job as he is not LPG compliant and valiant gave him the job in error,I now have to go down tomorrow on my birthday when I had other things planned.
