    The only similar example of a 3-0 forfeit, I'm aware of, is Napoli deducted 1 point because they refused to travel, under instruction of their local health authority. Their case is also set for appeal btw. Unless your aware of another example of points awarded or deducted? Based on the above, I'd say the punishment handed down by the SPFL is excessive within the rest of Europe.

    Your posts smack of desperation for the points..... If the punishment for being transparent though the disaplinary process is deemed to be excessive then Motherwell may have a case against the SPFL, thou on what grounds I'm unsure, It's not Saints or Killie fault you were awarded 2 x 3-0 wins. I'm positive Motherwell would fight this tooth n nail if the shoe was on the other foot.

    They admitted breaches, had an outbreak. Case closed and 3 0 to Motherwell, thanks. Both clubs are not contesting the guilt its the severity of the punishment thats in question. This could rumble on for months if it has to go to CAS next.

    Thats irrelevent, the actions of employees of both clubs caused fixtures to be postponed yet one team gets a reshedule the other gets a forfeit.
