For all that student politics is a pile of w**k, the new union president at strathy is genuinely one of the best guys I've ever known and he's a massive craft beer fan so that's his doing.
Aye, he seems like a really good guy from what I've heard and seen of him so far. He's obviously a man of fine taste too!

An important update for all those heading to Strathclyde: the Union is soon going to serve craft beers. What a time to be alive.
In other news, everyone on my course appears to be either a foreign student or privately educated - in some cases both! Should be a good laugh.

The only thing I really spend money on now is ammo, not bothered about changing clothes/tattoos/hairstyles often and I've already got a garage of good cars. Got about $1.5m now. Doing high-paying missions with folk will help; you can find a mission list by pausing, scrolling to Online>Jobs>Missions>Rockstar created (or something like that). Can't think of high-paying ones off the top of my head, though. What level are you?

You'll probably have him back shortly as our fans will no doubt turn on him if he fails to score 5 goals on his debut. Sounds promising, and as though he's a hard-working poacher - something very hard to come by in the lower leagues.

Youtube his goal against Livi for proof of his overhead kick skills. He's banged in 3 for us.
I remember that one fondly. Am I right in saying that won SFL Goal of the Season?
Thanks for the feedback guys.

Memory's faded a bit guys, so could some kind soul please tell me about Prunty's attributes?
I see you've signed ex-Clyde man Kieran MacDonald on loan, as I said to another poster he's a very attack-minded left back with a great touch; he's very quick and technically able too. Not the best defensively but the embodiment of a modern full back.
Hope you guys have a good season again - Dumbarton are a team I've always had a bit of a soft spot for. It's been good to see you, without trying to sound in any way belittling, punching above your weight in recent seasons. Was surprised to see Murray stay on as well but fair play to both him and the club - your initial risk in appointing him has more than paid off.

Going to Strathclyde to do Chemical Engineering. I see already that the Freshers' Week grand finale involves a summer/beach party at the arse end of September. A stellar idea.

Ferfuxake, how can anyone FAIL Media Studies ? Surely a P n' B first.
As I said, it's some effort, especially considering I got a B for Advanced Highers in Maths and Chemistry. Truly bewildering.

Met the conditions for my first choice course at Uni. Well chuffed.
However, one for the PTTGOYN, I failed Media Studies after getting an A in the prelim. An outstanding effort.

Surprised to hear of Scott's form given he's barely managed to poke his head out of my back pocket in the last two Clyde fans' games. A strange one indeed.

Don't like the sound of the discussion show and I do wish they'd replace the bespectacled dark-haired presenter. A never-ending stream of dreadful patter. I've always thought about applying for the show but if I got in it would be abysmal being surrounded by the likes of Brendan from a while back. I'm rooting for Enwezor already. What an outstanding name.

Best of luck to the Glasgow Area 5's frequenters this evening in their quest to nullify the threat of ScottR96's wand of a left foot. A truly unenviable task at hand.

Having a quick look at this year's participants, it looks as though MIC star Millie Mackintosh
features. That alone will make it worth watching for at least an episode. Besides Biggins I can't say I recognise any of the names, although I'm sure I'll recognise some of the Z-listers' faces.

I like to think I keep quite good control over the presence of morons on my Facebook, but this little blighter seems to have slipped the net:

Saw Kenny Shiels in Braehead today, buying women's clothes in River Island. Surely the Morton job hasn't induced a mid-life crisis already?

East Stirlingshire busted my 157/1 five-fold yesterday. Having said that, they were a bit of a speculative pick at 3/1.

All of the car upgrades that matter, engine, transmission and turbo are unlocked winning races. The best paint schemes are unlocked thru racing also.
And having a good car is a necessity? You're forgetting that for a $25k outlay on a garage you can get a free Elegy RH8 - which is a great car - even without upgrades.

Having trouble finding the version of "Sleepwalking" (the trailer song) which is played in the game and in the radio (with the different ending). Can anyone help me out?!

Get online its pretty mental and (fingers crossed) Rockstar have sorted their servers
Funnily enough I wasted this evening online with my mates holding up stores, racing and generally rampaging. Much better than I thought the online would be, might go some way to alleviating the pain!

And i'm glad i bought this game was swaying between this and fifa but this is such a good game
I got it the Wednesday after release and have been playing it since with a 3-4 day period where I played mostly the new FIFA. Just finished it about an hour ago, verge of tears that it's over

Got 2 missions left to do - part of me wants to cry, I haven't enjoyed a game like this in a long time. To think I was incredibly apprehensive about getting it and almost gave it a miss! To put it into perspective the only other GTA I have completed was the original... I've played all of them and grown tired of the missions or not been able to complete them (couldn't do the GTA3 final mission and got annoyed so just abandoned it) and the best compliment I can pay this game is that I haven't used a single cheat or gone on a civilian rampage yet, which is what GTA normally descends into for me. Dunno how they'll top this one!

Trying to do a Beverley mission and I have to use the phone camera to take a picture but I can't access the camera due to the Social Club not working. Any way around this?

The English Everyman's reaction to this has been brilliant.
"Good luck to them, they'll need it."
"Those Scots need us, it's a shame they can't see it."
"We're better off without them anyway."
