  1. Listen you can condemn me all you like, it means nothing to me and please spare me the part about Smith, Greig etc, this is all about Whyte as far as i'm concerned, whether that's a Christian attitude or not i really could not give a flying. The man's actions caused massive stress both financially and health wise to many to spare me this righteous attitude that you and many are coming out with, it doesn't sit with me in any way, shape or form. The man is a scumbag who caused many plenty and i stand by everything i wish on him.
  2. No i would like to see Craig Whyte suffer because of the financial hurt and distress he caused many thousands of people, myself included, if that upsets you then too fucking bad, neither you nor anyone else will change my mind on that. Did Whyte give a flying about any of the creditors and the distress he caused them, the answer to that is no, so fine i personally could not give a flying about Whyte and as i said i hope he suffers in everyway possible.
  3. Oh well done, son. Once again you go back 2-3 years for some posts to try and prove some insignificant point. However like many Rangers fans i've held my hands up and said that yes initially i was looking at Whyte as being good for the club, in fact instead of going back through my post history you only had to ask me and you would have got a straight answer. Maybe though you should look at more recent posts, a year to 18 months ago perhaps to see how much in contempt i hold Whyte and his cohorts. Now as i stated before many on here held or indeed do hold Whyte up as some type of hero after the liquidation process was initiated. I'll state it again, as i've done before, for the distress that Whyte's actions have brought on many, many people i sincerly hope that he gats a very heavy sentence and after that i sincerly hope the scumbag contracts cancer. That's how much i think of the person.
  4. So why don't you try and concentrate on the events of yesterday and condemn the fact that a football club, shareholders, debenture holders and many other creditors have been the victims of a conspiracy and fraud of a massive scale, whether you have got a bitterness and hatred of that club and support, which you most certainly do. After all re-visiting the past on this particular subject has been done many times, to no great avail. After all you are continuously embracing how much of a supporter of the ordinary person you are on this forum. Let's see you condemn those who have committed fraud against these people and show support for ALL those who are victims of this.
  5. Correct, it was a conspiracy from the day Whyte came in until the day liquidation proceedings were initiated. Iirc Green did state that, after he purchased the assets, he knew he was getting Rangers in February 2012, 3 months before he was named as the preferred bidder by D & P. The house of cards is now starting to collapse, Bennett and i for one am delighted.
  6. News to me!! Are you for real, many times on this forum i've stated that my fondest wish was to see Whyte and the other protagonists in this fraud in jail, whoever the other culprits may well be. As for the Rangers haters, would this be the same people who have looked upon Whyte as some sort of hero?
  7. Oh very good, the so called 'man of the people' has spoken. Again instead of posting absolute nonsense, let's hear what solution the Rangers support could have done to prevent this conspiracy, bearing in mind that football fans are just that; football fans who see one takeover from another as an ongoing part of the business. Instead of re-visiting the past by trying to denigrate the Rangers support why don't you show some moral fibre by criticising those people that have committed various serious offences in order to line their own pockets through the illegal purchase of the club, or are you such a hypocrite that your hatred towards a football club and support won't enable you to condemn as such.
  8. Aye, if we had stated a red top would have been enough the outcome would have been different, Bennett. They just don't get the full gravity of it all and no amount of demos or anything else would have made any difference. But never mind let them have a go at the support base, they know the full story, they just can't accept it.
  9. First of all i've not chosen to ignore anything, i simply didn't see it. Secondly, the RFFF was not set up for anything to do with Whyte, it was set specifically to argue against or for any legal disputes that the support may or may not have had after admin, however some of the funds would have been made available for the short term running of the club, no argument there. As to Green coming in post liquidation, we have a club that had came through it's darkest hour, save 1971 i should say, of course the support are going to back the club under that situation, however the question that was asked was exactly what could the support have done regarding the fact that this club was being pulled apart by fraudsters and had been from the first day of admin. The Rangers support did not have a chance to have any say over the running of the club, that was cut and dried way back in February 2012. The part in bold i've highlighted. i won't even respond with a relevant answer, suffice to say, please do me a favour, ffs. Nice bit of re-visiting the pasdt there but try and deal with the here and now and acknowledge that there has been a massive fraud committed, something that should be condemned by all, although i doubt if that will happen by the majority on this forum.
  10. Aye, a good looking wife with an ugly fucker in her shadow. I know the feeling, Henrik.
  11. That won't happen, she's too bright and clever for him to leave her. Henrik knows where life is good for him.
  12. The one thing that bothers me on this forum at the moment Tedi, is the lack of people that have denounced this shower of criminal scumbags that have committed this massive fraud that has caused many thousands of innocent people a loss of money and distress, whether they dislike Rangers or not isn't the issue, a serious fraud has happened and as of yet only one or two posts decry what has happened. Says a lot as far as i'm concerned.
  13. What the fucking hell is Oo my go, oh my go? There is nothing any football support could have done against a criminal conspiracy such as this. Yours Youngsy.
  14. Questions were asked by many, the support groups asked plenty at meetings they had but no matter how many questions were asked, irrespective of the answers, this fraudulent activity was already in place and was gathering momentum, the support could do nothing about it, not unless we were all fucking working undercover for the Serious Fraud Office. This was a serious fraud so do you seriously think that any football support, Rangers or otherwise could have stopped it. Behave yourself ffs and accept the full reality of it all.
  15. So once again i'll ask; can you explain to us all exactly what the the Rangers support could have done to prevent this fraud which is amounting to a crime of massive proportions. Could we all have thrown in donations that may well have amounted to, let's say £10 million, put that sum forward to takeover the assets, whilst all the time the assets were always going elsewhere. You're the third person i've asked this question tonight, so let's hear your explanation of how the Rangers support would have overcome a criminal conspiracy of massive proportions.
  16. So in your 'unbiased' opinion receiving a bank loan is far worse than fraudulent dealings amounting to thousands of people losing millions of pounds. Aye right you are.
  17. And yet Bennett you'll get the half witted on here who won't accept that, in fact some may even give you an irrelevant red dot, ffs.
  18. 100% Tedi, unfortunately the Rangers haters on here won't debate such a scenario even though within themselves they know it's correct.
  19. So seeing as you have so much to say, explain to us all all exactly what the Rangers support could have done when the administration started and when the process of liquidation was initiated and when the purchase of assets were guaranteed for Green, even when Kennedy and the Blue Knights put forward similar financial requests to purchase. Never mind swerving away from the question with your nonsense, try and give an answer that was relevant to that time knowing that we all know now that it was a carve up from the first day of admin. Floors all yours.
  20. Explain to us all Dave, what exactly could the ordinary Rangers fan have done to stop the liquidation, given that other interested parties, such as Kennedy, had no chance of purchasing the assets whatever amount of money was put forward, seeing as Green was 100% gauranteed to obtain them as part of this fraud.
  21. I should know better about what exactly? I've noticed that you have not had the good grace to acknowledge that todays events signify that this was a massive fraud perpetrated by a scumbag of a man that many on here and elsewhere hold up as some sort of hero. I've stated the facts about this as it all stands at this moment in time. As i've said previously we all know SDM financial problems and how we have got to this stage in everything that has happened, that is when Whyte took over, leaving aside the EBT potential, there was a bank debt of £18 million that was being reduced year on year but Whyte increased that debt significantly, that is a fact, no argument about it. Through Whytes actions the overall debt, not including the EBT potential, at the time of liquidation proceedings being started was in the region of £56 million. Now we see Collyer Bristow paying to BDO the £24 million that was awarded to the creditors of the PLC. Also we are BDO have agreed to part fund the defence in the appeal of the EBT case. Add to that future monies will be recovered for the creditors from the onward sale of Jelavic to Hull City. However the most important and very pleasing part of todays news is that very serious charges have been preferred against Withey, Whitehouse, Greir and Clarke for their part in this massive fraud, the arrest of Whyte will add to the great pleasure i and many others have taken from todays events, let's hope Green is another who faces similar charges. You and others can try and throw this whatever way you like, the fact is that a massive conspiracy has been uncovered and as you are always putting yourself forward as a 'man of the people' you should be praising the fact that this has happened. Although i doubt you'll do that as your hatred of a football club seems to come before anything else, certainly in this case.
  22. Listen we all know the story where Murray is concerned, however the fact remains that there has been a massive fraud committed, something that you and others on here seem to want to ignore by throwing it all back to the SDM tenure. Try and realise that every Rangers fan is very aware of the Murray days and his financial dealings but now we are on the verge of seeing a gang of criminal fraudsters being brought to book, that will do for me and if Murray becomes embroiled in the charges put forward then that will do for me also.
  23. Not surprised that you have this outlook, being the bigoted and twisted fucker that you are against a football club.
  24. No instead of the whatabout this or that, lets just try and focus on the fact that there has been a very serious and massive fraud committed that has cost many thousands of people a great deal of money and distress. That fraud being a massive criminal conspiracy committed by people in positions of trust.
  25. The legality of the EBTs have been confirmed long time ago. No doubt the SFO have looked at SDM during this investigation but it seems that, as of the present, he is clear. Very pleasing to see that the law is now intent in bringing serious charges against the criminals who conspired in this massive fraud, now we await the arrest of the scumbag that is Craig Whyte and indeed anyone else who has been involved in this. Hopefully Green is a very worried man just now.
