I've always found Barrowman's 'affinity' with Dunfermline slightly odd, considering he got paid 20% of his wages for 6 months, was made redundant and in his second spell, we finished 7th in League One.
Fucking gorgeous man, though.
Ashcroft is slightly better than CM anyway, but both are good players at this level. Fordyce a good defender to have on the bench but I wouldn't blame him for wanting to find first team football.
Also, book ahead; it can be pretty busy at the weekend. But aye, Apricot is by far the best restaurant in the town. If you don't go there, don't bother coming back.
For some reason, I thought this thread was going to be a place for all the words/phrases used/created on P&B such as "wid", "cockwomble" "kick her in the pie," and the OP would continually update the list to make a vast P&B words and phrases glossary. Pretty gutted about that actually. What a fucking place that would be.
I'd say this is pretty much spot on. McMullan having a poor game (by his standards) just means that he's anonymous and no worse than that. When Higginbotham has a stinker, you just want him to get so far to f**k and never pull on a jersey again - it can be that frustrating.
5.5/10 for me; a completely average season. We've had season after season of extremes since 2010 so I'm happy with mid-table mediocrity for a change. At the moment, I have confidence in AJ building a strong squad capable enough of challenging for a play-off spot. We don't have a bad squad and we certainly don't have a particular weak spot; just places that need strengthened and a bit of depth would be welcomed. Players like Hopkirk, Spence and BRE simply aren't good enough to even be back-up options if we want to be in the top 4 next season.
I'd like to think he'd have been absolutely telt after it but I honestly don't think the bosses at Sky would have given a f**k if it wasn't for the attention it's got on Twitter.
Something about a family of four at the game, their older son had been killed/wounded in Afghanistan and the two wee boys got really sensitive. It sounds insensitive but that's fucking unbelievable.
I've never smiled as much as when Douglas Chapman absolutely PUMPED Docherty in the last GE. They interviewed TD and it was proper verge of tears material. Glorious.
