  1. 72. Absolutely furious at some of the ones I forgot about.
  2. Came here to post this. Limmy has been boring for some time now but the fake WhatsApp conversations are fantastic. A page called "Common White Girl" tweeted screenshots of it and the replies are full of Americans saying how disgusting it is that he talks to his parents like that.
  3. Probably the funniest ITK post since, well, Bambino.
  4. That pitch side reporter at EK is absolutely gorgeous.
  5. Did we? I know we signed him in January but I don't remember paying a fee for him.
  6. I really can't see us paying a fee for any player unless absolutely necessary.
  7. Faiss signed for Dundee on a three year deal. Hope we sign Darren Dods IMO.
  8. Allan Johnston must be up there. I'm too young to have seen him in his prime but he had a pretty good career by all accounts. I spoke to a Sunderland fan just after we appointed him and he asked who our new manager was, when I said it was AJ he just went "as in.. MAGIC?!?!"
  9. If the club does indeed meet with a handful of supporters to open a 'singing section' then I don't see the small closure being much of an issue.
  10. I haven't met him myself but by all accounts he's the kind of person you want doing the job he does. I've yet to hear a bad word about him and he's a genuine Pars fan who's only in it for the good of the club. Mikey and the chairman Ross McArthur (and more) are the exact type of people we need to help maintain this 'new and improved' kind of image for Dunfermline Athletic.
  11. A bit cheesy but I am fucking loving our club right now. People will have their gripes with the previous regime (and rightly so) but from the outside looking in, you really can't fault the club nor the people running it.
  12. Another fantastic bit of PR from the club. Can't wait for the kit launch, I'm sure it'll be a cracker.
  13. Have a look at @wollygogg (just about tells you everything already) - the right wing, racist, Brexit supporter. The best bit of this account is bragging about his £500 bet on Le Pen, but blames it on his 13 year old when the bet loses. He keeps tweeting several betting accounts (and Jeremy Vine) saying that he's getting the police involved.
  14. Just watched Ashcroft's interview; "I think next season's going to be a lot more open with the teams that are in it.. obviously you don't know who's definitely in it but.."
  15. Paton is good enough IMO, especially if he's just coming off the bench now and then. Whether or not he'd want to stay is another issue.
  16. Now that it looks like AJ is getting started with contract renewals.. player by player, how does everyone want the squad to look come August? I'd like to see; (Those in bold are the players I would still have in a starting XI) Goalkeepers Murdoch Gill Defenders Ashcroft Morris Martin Fordyce Talbot Midfielders Higginbotham Geggan Paton Cardle Wedderburn McCabe McMullan Forwards Moffat Clark Hopkirk Non-renewals BRE Spence Reilly (back to Hearts) Herron (back to Blackpool) Hutton (GK) Williamson I know there are a couple of players who signed for 2 years last season but I can't remember who, I'm sure Hopkirk is one of them so that's why he's made the list. A few question marks right throughout the squad, I've got 9 players in my starting XI so that leaves a right back and a striker to complete my lineup. Lewis Martin, being versatile and probably on one of the lowest wages in the senior squad, is a good squad player to have when he's not committing professional fouls. Fordyce makes the list for me since he can also fill in at right back and is a very good leader. Paton and Cardle are probably the two hardest decisions to make. The former will almost always be out of favour if Higginbotham is around and I don't think either Paton or Cardle would sign if they think they're going to be sitting on the bench all season. Getting McMullan on board for next season in any way possible would be great. Thoughts?
  17. Looks like the head greenkeeper at Carnoustie is playing a part in getting the pitch at EEP ready for next season. We haven't even started the off-season yet and I'm already bored out my tits.
