  1. A CONOR SAMMON DOUBLE. Sign him up* *If anyone from Motherwell Football Club is reading this it is entirely for comedic effect. Please don't.
  2. The Eriskay segment was very, very good... Until they all started spouting off about the Old Firm. Delighted to see the discussion around A Shot at Glory. I've seen it many times but every time I hear Robert Duvall's accent it absolutely blows my mind.
  3. Gallagher will absolutely stroll into the first team. I reckon there will be a bit of a clear out this summer. Donnelly appears to be a promising player but he's got legs made of glass, Sammon's going back to Hearts and I think Robinson's chucked it with Johnson. I'd be happy if we saw some folk getting a chance before the end of the season when things don't really matter. Edit: I see Peter Hartley's punting some Herbalife-but-not-Herbalife type thing on instagram.
  4. Well he’s sitting behind me in the Cooper stand so I’m willing to treat this as gospel.
  5. Aye I've got a lot of time for him. He's been a big part in our turnaround after chucking his toys out the pram against Killie. Ultimately we need a striker that puts the ball in the net and he's not doing that. Main & Bowman chasing McKenna & Arnason round Hampden is one of my favourite days following Motherwell tbh.
  6. Tiger Woods on PS3 consumed untold hours of my time at college. Sitting down in my pal's flat with the best intentions of doing graded unit then realising it's been 6 hours and we've accomplished nothing.
  7. Fucking hell I forgot about that. The scouts must have been on mescaline.
  8. He was quick enough that he covered his mistakes well. Sadly that was about it.
  9. At this point it's really just a massive shrug whether he stays or goes. He clearly a talented boy but he's definitely struggling now teams are putting 2 or 3 men on him. Seems to be the difference between him and Turnbull there in that you couldn't get a touch of a beach ball in a phone box with David Turnbull. If it's anything like $235k a year on offer I would honestly not be surprised if he goes. That's MENTAL money for a boy who's played a handful of games.
  10. I thought the studio chatter part was probably the best it's been this week. They have all clearly settled in to the role and were comfortable in front of the cameras. Put a Shift In is still the best thing on telly, though. Think Peterhead had 3 number 10s and 2 number 11s.
  11. I’m no Columbo, but I reckon him being out for dinner with Charlie Dunne, Ally Gorrín and Gboly might have given the game away here. (It’s on big Charlie’s Instagram. I’m not a stalker.)
  12. I don't think I exaggerate this when I say we need to get this boy signed up to a 20 year deal. We can't take the risk and I'm all in for the patter.
  13. It's the same on the podcast. Shaughan's breakdown of Partick Thistle's season a few weeks back had me laughing out loud in the office.
  14. The rest of the transport infrastructure in Berlin is pretty much flawless. Cheap, clean & efficient to get across the city. But Schönefeld is a toilet. Berlin Brandenburg is under construction and you can see it from the terminal at Schönefeld but, from the sounds of it, the whole build of it has been a complete fucking disaster.
  15. Boyd's raging commentary after the James Scott incident is arguably my favourite moment of this season. Verge of tears raging. On topic, the Wes Anderson style highlights package is one of the best things I think I've seen in Scottish football.
  16. I'm just back from being here for the weekend and good god damn what a city. Genuinely blown away by how amazing it all is. The Topography of Terror is really interesting, as was finding out more about the Berlin wall. Had a cycle round Treptower park and saw the soviet war memorial in there was is very cool. Checkpoint Charlie just about gave me the boak, though. Can confirm that Berlin Schönefeld airport departures is fucking miserable.
  17. Big respect to @HibsFan for this. The original post is one of the greatest things on the internet imho.
  18. I thought that too. If you're in that situation you'd absolutely ransack it hoping you'd find her hiding somewhere. Although I didn't mind having that journo on screen telling me this as she's an absolute wid. I think someone mentions that in the show. There's no chance it was every 20 minutes because it would have been like musical fucking chairs all night. One would barely be back and someone else would be up again. While I don't necessarily think they've killed/sold her, I do still think there's big bits of the story between the McCanns and the Tapas 7 that aren't completely true. There's not a chance they were checking that often, and people changing timelines & adding details months/years later is a bit fishy.
  19. Finished the series last night. Overall it's a pretty good series. I think anyone who thinks the McCann's murdered her, hid the body for 25 days before getting rid of it while they were under the most intense media spotlight is aff their heid. They are, however, absolutely guilty of child neglect and I think it's wrong that they were never called out on that. I would imagine that they have to live with that guilt every day. I reckon she was probably kidnapped by someone then swiftly moved out of the area. I don't think they were specifically targeted. They just happened to be wrong place, wrong time with regards to where the apartment was situated and it seemingly being common knowledge around the hotel that they were just leaving the kids to sleep while they had dinner. And, I repeat, Brian Kennedy and his son are a pair of bellends.
  20. The guy is just an outstanding talent. Seemlessly jumping between hard hip hop to slow jams. His band are incredible musicians as well. Was blasting his Tiny Desk session all day before it.
  21. I don't mind the pace of this tbh. It's focussing on a different aspect with each episode so I think it works. I do agree that a lot of documentaries are thoroughly ripping the arse out of it though. I thought Leaving Neverland was about 90 minutes too long.
