Lads I'm starting to wonder if Oliver Shaw is not, in fact, the best young player in Europe.

Best sticking to the tried and trusted back three with the two wing backs ( not O'Donnell please).
This has worked well especially last season since kettlewell took charge.
I don't mind O'Donnell tbh. His use of the ball is always great even if he's not quite got the legs he used to. That and Gent's attempts at defending at Livi are giving me nightmares never mind him.
Long term I'd be absolutely fine with Mugabi returning to the bench and getting Butcher in at centre half again. Hopefully Biereth gets himself fit as well.

Get Lennon Miller watching every bit of Gorrin footage we can track down while he's suspended.
If we're not using Well Society funds to have him Clockwork Oranged into throwing big fucking hammers about you really have to ask yourself what the point of this whole exercise is.

Only saw the highlights but didn’t look like he could do much at any of the goals.
Two free headers in the six yard box and an Mbappe penalty. Clark had no chance at the fourth either to be fair. Would have been a good experience for the pair of them but I can imagine Gunn has much to worry about.
I really rated Kelly after his initial loan spell where he was genuinely outstanding and almost single handily kept us up, I was absolutely delighted when he returned on a 3 year deal. However given the reported fee and wages involved, it feels like he’s not really justified the effort or financial outlay to bring him back.
He’s a decent mid-table Scottish Premiership goalkeeper but he’s never really kicked on and I’d say if anything, he’s actually regressed a bit over the last couple of seasons. I can’t see us being able to sell him now and I doubt we’ll be offering him improved terms.
I imagine we’ll shake hands and he’ll move on in the summer.
I wonder if he has regressed or if watching Chapman & Archer before him was just completely distorting our view on what a goalkeeper is supposed to do.

Lionel videos will always cheer you up.
The compilation videos on YouTube of Bob Mortimer on Would I Lie to you are the ultimate pick me up imo.
I do beg your pardon but I am in your garden.

Canada were losing 4-0 when Paton came on and won the rest of the game 1-0 with him.
Imagine we'd given them The Bair too.

Just watched the full video back, id forgotten about Jordan Jones ending David Ferguson’s career that night. Did he even make it to HT before he got dragged off?
Nah he was hooked on 38 minutes.
Then Ainsworth got to take the applause before Livingstone came on (mind him).

Nevermind the controversial decision, McSauce had clearly been watching videos of Lionel’s goal vs Kilmarnock.
As should we all.
Any time I feel sad I watch Lionel highlights.

Lies of P. A Soulslike game based on Pinocchio. It's pretty slick and pretty difficult so far. I don't think the difficulty curve is anywhere near as steep as something like Bloodborne but it's a challenge.

So brutal the Astana team cars clutch chucked it from the looks of things.

2.0/Phantom Liberty has dropped and I'm about 2 hours in. It looks gorgeous and I'm a big fan of the quality of life updates. Really can't wait to wade into it more.

what's the story with Joe Bevan, seeing his name of all over twitter, commentators raving about him?
It's probably because he scored this tap in.

I'm about level 25 now and I'm struggling to get into this now. I think there's good bits of it but a lot of it is really, really repetitive. I've had the exact same building I've had to raid to find an artefact a few times. Right down to where lockboxes etc are. I loved Fallout and had a blast on Skyrim but when this is launching at the same time as the new Cyberpunk 2077 expansion 2.0 you see how massively behind this game is in terms of building a world/universe that's properly impressive.
Overall it gets a:

Never mind having a Van Veen, even one of the chances we had today has to be buried regardless who it falls to!
Thats 2 weeks in a row Shaw has came on and passed the ball back to the keeper!
The one last week might have been offside but the way he went about finishing it was embarrassing. You'd see more composure at Goals Shawlands.

Honestly think this would be a great team if we didn't currently employ a load of frauds as strikers.

It's probably fair to say the free reign, that Alexander and Hammell essentially got under Alan Burrows (and board) is being closer managed now given they got their fingers burnt with the latter two. Worked with Robinson and Alan working hand in glove essentially but the appointment and ways of working with Alexander and Hammell really were pretty brutal on the club finances.
Alexander was full on jobs for the boys stuff. Hammell just threw some shite at a wall and not a bit of it stuck.

This proves that the recruitment decision makers at our club in the last few years should not be trusted with the uppercrust order cash.
Mind we gave that guy who wasn't even a footballer a deal because he had the same agent as Alexander? Parker I think?
Last seen at Gosport Borough according to Transfermarkt.
There's also Sherwin Seedorf who we signed because of his name and, as far as I can tell, isn't playing football anymore.

Frightening to hear that Efford was apparently a ‘top earner’ according to Kettlewell. Also says we won’t we dipping into the free agent market.
Fair play to his agent getting that contract.

I really like watching WVA race.
But this Jumbo-Visma team can get fucked at the minute.

We also paid actual money for Efford did we not?
I don't claim to be an expert in football but even I could spot he was a dud pretty early on.

McGinley is a bit rubbish but he boils my piss infinitely less than Jake Carroll did.

I'm assuming Arsenal gave us a strict <15 minutes rule today as he came on with more or less that to go. If we can get to a stage we get 90 minutes out him regularly it'll be the methadone for my massive van Veen withdrawal.
