No Saturday games due to the traditional New Year's Day Bowl games I would assume.

Just got home and turned on the first CFP semi final between Alabama and Cincinnati. Bama unsurprisingly on top in the second quarter but not having it all their own way so far.

I'm happy to give them a bit of leeway, but with some of them I'm questioning how they passed their test, I've seen some howling driving from them recently.

Decent wee pale ale from Quantock.

I've noticed a big increase of folk driving around with those green P plates driving like they're still doing lessons. I don't care if you're a new driver, if you've passed your test you should be able to drive competently.

Really enjoyed the first episode, set up nicely for the season and the flashbacks were strong. Loved the Max Rebo cameo.

This irritates me as well. I tend to park away from the main body of cars so I have space and frequently find someone right next to me instead of the racks of empty spaces. Why do they do it?

Was also at Cumbernauld Colts 0-3 East Kilbride. Cumbernauld had some decent possession, but forgot how to play when they got into the final third. EK well worth the win and the scoreline.

Williams Brothers call it a lager, Untappd calls it a Kölsch. Either way it's not bad, can really taste the cherries.

Promises a blackcurrant Kolsch and tastes exactly what you'd expect from that description. Very enjoyable.

Starting on the beers while I make Christmas dinner.

I had a peat week bottle before, wouldnt uave remembered it was Balvenie but presumably it was. They dont make anything that isnt superb. I got an airport exclusive Balvenie when I last went to the States. Absolutely superb stuff. Had a hip flask of it at my sister in law's wedding and my wife's uncle was obsessed with it. One of the best I've ever had.

Another good NEIPA from Mothership.

Thought I'd try the miniature I got at the Kilkerran Distillery over the summer. Good stuff.
